The facilities are old, with a balcony, the room is large, the lighting is not bright enough, there is no 24-hour front desk but the service staff are friendly

Stayed at the Soho hotel for our date night and the staff went out of their way to make our night special. Great hotel, friendly staff and highly rate this place!! Thank you for having us and thanks again for making our experience the best it could be!

The room was disgusting. On arrival the room was filled with cooking smoke, cooking oil which stung the eyes. The room was filled with a greasy bad smell which made it uninhabitable! Arrived late at night and had to ring around to find other accommodation. Disappointing start to our first trip to Adelaide- the city and surrounds we loved - can’t wait to go back. The SoHo charged us for one night’s accommodation even though the room was uninhabitable. Avoid this sleaze of a place!!!

Lovely boutique hotel in a central CBD location. We walked to Adelaide oval for Gather Round, to restaurants for dinners, close to airport. Awesome customer service from Toni at the front desk. The food smelt delicious from the restaurant next door to reception - will have to try next trip

The room and service were satisfactory. The room, including a balcony, felt quite compact . The facilities clean. The room’s pricing was good, and the $30 minibar credit (if you book direct) is a nice bonus. Location is 15-20mins walk to Rundle Mall, off street parking available. Overall good and would stay again.

This hotel looked great online but when we turned up, the front of the place didn’t look very maintained. The hallways felt a bit creepy, there wasn’t much lighting in the room, the metal blinds didn’t work, the phone didn’t work and to top it off, I went to go to the bathroom and the toilet seat looked like it had melted or something so I wasn’t using it. We went down to the reception and there were no other rooms available, the guy mentioned they were aware that the phones aren’t working and they were planning on removing the blinds. We then cancelled our stay, luckily for free and we stayed next door.

Had a terrible stay at this hotel. The room is nothing like the website photos. They put us in a room on the ground floor, it was the only room on the ground floor and it was situated right next to the cleaners room and the laundry so there was noise all night! Window overlooked the street where the bins were picked up! The shower was terrible, no water pressure at all. Do yourself a favour and spend a bit more and stay elsewhere

A standard room at this hotel costs $250 plus. On the surface that's fine, but the problems start with the fact that these rooms are falling apart and the owner either can't or won't spend money to fix the issues. Our room had a power point hanging out of the wall and sparking, a broken blind on the window, a broken room phone and a further power point not in working order on the other side of the bed. Thankfully the staff member was helpful and agreed to a cancellation. I get the feeling that perhaps this place is really struggling - it has the potential to be better but it desperately needs work. For now I'd suggest it's best avoided as it feels unsafe and run down.

Impossible for this to be classed as a 4 star hotel - barely would meet 3. Reception hours are extremely limited and they don't answer their phones even during staffed hours and keep it diverting to after hours - after hours can't assist with anything either unless you've already checked in and locked yourself out of the hotel/lost your key - which will cost you an additional $77 for security to come out. No fresh towels or bed linens were given for the three days we stayed here. Furniture and cushions extremely soiled/worn, curtains and blinds broken, stained/dirty shower & inconsistent hot water. Our fridge/mini bar was completely empty - which is disappointing given they state on their website they stock it with local brands/products. Stay elsewhere - even if its twice the price - this hotel is a complete catfish which will have you regret any money spent here.
