Toujours sympa de venir à capao Belle piscine et excellent petit déjeuner Personnel très sympathique Le seul dommage par rapport à l époque c est qu il n y a plus de plages privée capao beach La paillote qui le remplace est très simple et sale Vraiment dommage

Souhaitant passer deux jours tranquilles, nous avons choisi ce hotel 4 étoiles qui nous semblait correspondre à nos attentes. Si l'emplacement est top près de la plage, avec du personnel souriant, disponible et compétent. Un petit déjeuner top avec beaucoup de choix, je mettrai deux gros bémols sur les prestations au regard du 4 étoiles qui ne correspond pas aux prestations. La piscine présentée comme un lieu de détente "Zen" est plus une pataugeoire pour les enfants car la piscine est plus petite et moins profonde que l'autre qui est pour la résidence. Prendre un livre et profiter de l'emplacement dans la tranquillité c'est impossible. Concernant la chambre, nous avons été dérangé par la musique du bar qui a été éteinte trop tardivement pour un hotel 4 étoiles. Peu mieux faire avec quelques ajustements

Мягко сказать - фотографии с сайта не являются действительными. В номере слышно всё что происходит у соседей и на улице - практически полное отсутствие звукоизоляции. Удивили крайне маленькие кровати. Пляжная зона отдыха совершенно не убрана, валяется много мусора и всех это устраивает. Перечислять недостатки этого отеля можно очень долго. После всего этого увиденного ужаса и высказанных претензиях управляющему, решили выехать раньше оплаченного срока. Попросили вернуть деньги, но они категорически отказались это делать. Впечатление об отдыхе испортил отель!!!

Très bon accueil, restaurant au top, j’y repartirais avec joie, le cadre est magnifique et les plats vraiment très bon ( pour ma part dorade à la plancha avec découpe sur place par le serveur ). Dommage que le restaurant ne soit pas plus à la vue, j’y serais aller bien avant.

C’est bon! Petit souci pour aller à la plage!! Pas du tout aménagé ! C’est pas leur plage!!! Un peu sale a l’exterieur! L’hôtel super , dommage que La Mairie est ….desinteressee!!!L’accueil super, et les chambres propres! Le petit déjeuner copieux et varié!!

Hôtel et chambre propre, literie confortable, personnel aux petits soins, proche de la plage, mais grosse déception pour la chambre supérieure qui se trouve en fait en rez de jardin sans aucune vue si ce n'est la haie de la piscine. Conseil : Bien faire attention lors de la réservation sur le site de L’hôtel.

Excellent, personnels chaleureux, agréables, vraiment top. La déco est juste dingue j’adore ! Chambres, piscines au top rien à dire!! Le restaurant de l’hôtel est super bon avec beaucoup de choix. L’hôtel offre la possibilité d’aller à la mer à pied et ça c’est vraiment un point positif important, de plus pour votre voiture, le parking de la plage est gratuit si vous êtes résident de l’hôtel !

Très bel hôtel avec une déco balinaise faite avec beaucoup de goût. Accueil à la réception très chaleureux, aussi bien les serveurs que la Direction se coupe en quatre pour vous faire passer un bon moment. Les chambres sont très belles et au calme, les piscines sont suffisantes avec un accès à la plage très très proche. En bref pas un seul point négatif. Nous vous remercions pour ces quelques jours, vous avez bien contribué à notre « décompression », ne changez rien.

We have a fantastic stay in the Capao Beach hotel, the level of service was excellent across all aspects of the hotel. In particular we really appreciated the hospitality shown from Jason in the management team and Syntia and team in Reception. ( thank you for the roses !! ) The hotel restaurant food was superb and the personalised services really appreciated. We will definitely be returning for another relaxing stay and highly recommend this hotel, just a few meters from the beach. Best Regards Tony and Michelle Ireland
