Hotels near Thaltej Park, Ahmedabad

My wife first came to check out the room in November. The same one we saw on the website. When she came they showed her the same exact room as shown on the website. It was nice. Then they told us not to book online because it's better if we book at the hotel. They wanted to charge us 1500 inr more than the site, so we refused. My wife booked it online. Then when we came to check in, the room they gave us was a different room. Not the one shown in the photos online. It was a Terrible room. The tv did not work at all and the window shade would not close. So it was really bright in the room, sun side. The bathroom shower curtain looked so old, I wanted to puke. Not the one shown in the photo, it had glass doors. So we complained and asked for the room from the photos. So yea they changed our room. The we started to relax in the room, but then noticed there was no window shade on 1 of the windows as well. But atleast it was not on the sun side. Then we tried to lay on the bed. The sheets wernt really clean. And the bed wasn't really comfortable. The next morning we went for a shower. No hot water at all. We even let the water run for atleast 20 minutes. And still no hot water. They ensured us they had hot water after we asked, and they wernt sure what was wrong. And they didn't have another room available. The water was freezing cold. At night trying to sleep, there was so much noise, inside the building between 11pm and 4am. It was so hard to sleep. Right above us was so much noise. Only giving it 3 stars because the staff, not the front desk or the guy that tried to charge us more, but the room service staff was very nice and accommodating. With that being said, next trip to Ahmedabad. I will be looking for somewhere else to stay.. I understand it's not a Marriott. But please atleast have warm water so i could shower properly. Also when we checked in they scanned my passport, they kept pushing the scanner down and took the scan a few times. They flattened out my passport which is annoying now that it won't stay completely closed.

Very nice hotel and clean hotel and sasi yadav hotel staff is very kind and peace ful person or covid 19 pedamic time hotel very clean and all rules follow and staff and break fast very nice most important sasi yadav is very helpful person.

The service from the front desk staff was good. I was waiting with a smile, so it was easy to ask questions. The pool was nice too. It seems that there are times when the staff is not there, so I think you should check it. The restaurant was good, but it might be better to ask how much Japanese food is. It took a long time because they provided creative dishes, and it took more money than I thought. Although it was delicious.

The service was incredible, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the building is beautiful and functional, and the food was good as well.

The hotel environment is very good, the room is large, the details are in place, the restaurant food has more meat, this is relatively rare in the vegetarian Gujarat state.

So ***y time stay here , it’s very good hotel , staff is very professional and standard also, security is very helpful and has a service mind.

Very good, the meal is not suitable for us. Near the airport, there is a free shuttle.

My time at Four points was nothing short of perfection. The ambiance, facilities, dining, and most importantly the staff all contributed to an unforgettable stay. The staff attentiveness and friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere in the dining area. Specially Mr.A**** were quick to accommodate special dietary request. They truly made my stay unforgettable, and I look forward to returning in the future.
