Алания город красивый. Здесь есть все: море, горы, пещеры, крепости, мечети, рестораны, цветы, пальмы! Пляж широкий, просторный, прекрасно оборудованный (различные спортивные площадки, раздевалки, душ, лежаки рядами на любой вкус, вышки со спасателями). Прекрасный вид на гору с крепостью и бескрайнее море! Вода в море чистая комфортной температуры. Kleopatra Remi отель старый. Номера не очень чистые, мебель так себе, простыни застиранные, краны расшатанные. Обслуживающий персонал навязчивый в надежде на чаевые. За что? Портье пытается мимоходом продать золотые цепочки. Уборщица в номере вместо уборки (половую тряпку не моет, просто из бутылки наливает жидкость) своими грязными руками пытается на кровати лебедя изобразить. Уборщики в столовой не убирают салфетки со столов, а сметают соринки со стола, потом встряхивают, переворачивают и стелют опять на стол. И так по кругу. Предлагают бесконечный «дринк», этими же грязными руками и приносят, видимо. Еда средней паршивости чаще всего. Какая-то плохо пахнущая размазня вместо салатов. Продукты недоброкачественные: огурцы как губка, помидоры недозрелые с жесткой сердцевиной, зелень не мытая (земля хрустела на зубах), фрукты, которые сложно назвать южными фруктами и так далее. Отдельное замечание к графину с растительным маслом – они его когда-нибудь моют? Чай (мочай) – это жесткий ужас находился в трех заляпанных заварных чайниках на титане (такого не встречала нигде!). Хлеб был вкусный, поэтому там основная масса мух и находилась. Пару слов относительно представителей от Анекс. Сопровождающий трансфер - косноязычным языком и неумелыми шутками пытался рассказать что-то об истории образования Турции, благо что недолго. Представитель в отеле (Ислам) – главная задача его втюхать втридорога экскурсии: у нас программы обширнее, обслуживание лучшее! Программы у всех одинаковые, довозят к точке назначения, а там сборные группы.

Hotel Remi is een zeer verouderd, vies en warm hotel. Ons beddengoed en de handdoeken waren erg smerig, keer op keer zaten er bruine vlekken in. De douche was kapot, het toilet lekte, en we vonden veel vieze haren. Het dinerbuffet zag er slecht uit, weinig keus, en alles smaakte lauw of juist mega taai. Personeel zag er niet fris uit en niet iedereen droeg nette/ schoon uitziende kleding. Uiteraard hebben wij deze klachten doorgegeven, maar er werd niks mee gedaan. Het werd elke dag op een lange lijst geschreven en er werd beloofd dat ze het zouden oplossen. Helaas is dit hen niet gelukt. Wij zouden zeker geen t****e keer boeken. Dit hotel heeft onze vakantie in zeer negatieve zin beïnvloed.

Уютный отель с хорошей кухней и отличным размещением. Чисто, спокойно, уютно, без изысков. Персонал приветливый. Массаж можно получить хороший, за доп плату Чудесный пляж совсем рядом. До центра города очень близко. Остались довольны отдыхом. Возможно ещё раз вернёмся в этот отель.

Bed linen with stains. Dirty mirrors, even after cleaning the room. We were told that linen and towels are changed every 3 days. Firstly, not everything was changed, for example, the sheets were changed, but they decided to leave the pillowcases; They gave me a smelly, damp towel, as if they had just brought it from the next room and hung it up nicely. - The hotel is 4 stars, but this is a definite D if you compare price = quality. - On the plus side: - In general, the food is delicious, you won’t go hungry. - The hotel is located in the center, you can walk, close to the sea. - The hotel itself is calm, the contingent is 40+.

Everything would be fine, BUT!! They poured half a bucket of water into my bed!!! Everything was wet through and through, right down to the thick mattress!! When I asked the maid - what is this?? She made it clear that I have enuresis))!!! The only thing I “did” there was to refuse a massage for $90, reducing the price by $70 for 5 sessions of 30 minutes. Which the hamamman was very offended by!! An unpleasant person, intrusive.. I turned to the administrator, told everything, her eyes were out of their sockets)) and asked that they not come to me and clean me up!! I will not go to this hotel again, although the location and food were excellent for me!!

There is no hairdryer, a curtain almost fell on us, well, almost... it didn’t fall on me, but it fell in general :)))) We didn’t want to wash ourselves with a hose, so we washed ourselves in the service shower (in the basement) But on the next day, the lovely manager decided everything and put us in a wonderful room (corresponding to 4 stars), they came to clean us every day. But..... in this hotel there is Mukhamed a masseur (main masseur), girls, beware of him, he takes a polite smile for flirting and then will annoy you with his comments if he sees that you are communicating with one of the men. In general, everything is good, the food is normal, the sea is 2 minutes away, everything is nearby and everything is cool The hotel is more European, so if you want to take a break from your compatriots and practice languages, then you will like it.
