ALANYA RISUS PARK HOTEL

Трансфер был из аэропорта Анталии, до отеля доехали за 1.5 часа. На стойке встретил менеджер, не успев заселиться оставили сумки в холле пошли ужинать т.к время было позднее и до окончания ужина оставалось минут 15. Номер чистый, уборка каждый день, персонал вежливый, даже если не говорят по русски пользуются переводчиками в телефонах. Контингент: в основном семейные пары, одиночек мало. Сам отель: не большой и не маленький, места всем хватало, 2 корпуса , у нас был 5-ти этажный корпус , есть лифт. Удобства в номере, фен, телевизор - один раз включила канал ТНТ был, кондей работал. Утюга в отеле нет, если хотите ходить не пожёванными берите с собой ( хотя всем на все наплевать как вы ходите) Бассейн с горкой, чистый, хорошо пахнет хлоркой, при мне делали забор проб. Возле бассейна есть туалет и душ, бар так же на территории бассейна. Лежаки с матрасиками, зонтиками. Анимация при бассейне: пару раз включали музыку один раз за неделю увидела аквааэробику (было весело). Еда: много овощей, всяких приправ, колбаса - не зашла, много курицы, индейка, рыба, картоха в разных вариациях каждый день, рис, булгур, макароны. С голоду конечно не умрёшь, на пятый день еда эта просто не лезла, хотелось супчику - здесь он как суп пюре больше смахивал по вкусу как подливка для котлет. На завтрак всегда были яйца и всякие виды сыров. Яйца вареные, омлет- мешанина непонятная, по желанию жарят глазунью. Алкоголь: пиво, вино белое, красное, водка - без ограничений. Кола, Фанта, спрайт из бутылок - без ограничений. Вода, и всякая мешанина типа соков - из автоматов (так себе) кофе тоже по вкусу три в одном, если пьете нормальный кофе либо с собой привозите либо в супермаркете можно купить и заваривать в чашках. Чай в чайниках стоит по вкусу как столетняя заварка, хорошо что пакетики с собой привезла. Анимация: не каждый вечер, но есть, один раз была караоке вечеринка - спели всего 4 песни из них три на турецком и мы одну русскую, на этом все))) аниматор предложил поехать в ночной клуб был организован трансфер туда- обратно, вход бесплатный, выпивка платная. Ездила пару раз на три часа, расположен на набережной где кораблики стоят в центре города. Музыка разнообразная в т.ч. русская, диджей, контингент относительно приличный. Пляж при отеле, толком так не объяснили как туда попасть ( из отеля выходите и идет в сторону моря переходите дорогу и идете в правую сторону до фонтана, через фонтан проходите и вуаля на пляже №18, бар- платный, шезлонги, зонтики бесплатные. Вход в воду по гальке, далее начинаются плиты, для тех кто далеко не заходит в море сидеть хорошо в воде, вода прозрачная и очень чистая. Если хотите песок то можно до пляжа Клеопатры доехать ходит автобус, автобусная остановка рядом с отелем минут 5 идти, маршрут №1 ехать минут 15, цена проезда 30 лир. Где взять лиры: в аэропорту - курс очень не выгодный, меняют дол и евро. В центре на каждом углу обменники, можно и рубли поменять, отправляла переводом на сбер на карту рубли - отдали лиры (10000 руб=3150 лир)

Mein Parfüm, das ich im Zimmer gelassen hatte, ging verloren und natürlich fühlte sich niemand dafür verantwortlich. Sie sagten uns, wir sollten die Polizei rufen, aber da es unser Abreisetag war, war das unmöglich. Der Manager behauptete, er spreche kein Deutsch und am Ende war das gesamte Gespräch natürlich auf Deutsch. Es kümmerte niemanden, dass ich ausgeraubt wurde, ich wurde an der Rezeption ignoriert. Das Essen, Gott segne dich. Das Buffet ist klein und es gibt fast jeden Tag Spaghetti, gekochte Eier und Hühnchen ... auf den Fotos sieht alles viel besser aus, aber es ist nur eine Illusion. Wasser sollte jeden Tag aufs Zimmer gebracht werden, wie es in der Beschreibung steht, und das ist natürlich nicht der Fall! Der zum Hotel gehörende Privatstrand ist ganz ok, nur muss man bei der All-Inclusive-Option die Getränke selbst bezahlen! Das schlechteste Hotel und ich kann es nicht empfehlen. Najgorszy hotel w jakim mialam urlop! W pokojach sprzątaczki tylko pościel zmieniają i ręczniki. Zginęły mi perfumy, które zostawiłam w pokoju i oczywiście nikt się nie czuł za to odpowiedzialny. Kazali nam wzywać policję, ale ze to był nasz dzień wyjazdu to było to niewykonalne. Manager twierdził ze po niemiecku nie rozmawia a na koniec oczywiście cała rozmowa przebiegła w języku niemieckim. Nikt nie interesował się tym że mnie okradli, w recepcji byłam olewana. Jedzenie pożal się Boże. Bufet mały i prawie codziennie podają spagetti , gotowane jajka i kurczaka... na zdjęciach wszystko wygląda dużo lepiej, ale to tylko złudzenie. Woda powinna byc przynoszona codziennie do pokoju tak jak to jest w opisie i oczywiście tak nie jest! Prywayna plaza należącą do hotelu jest calkiem ok gdyby nie to ze w opcji all in clusive trzeba samemu placic za drinki! Najgorszy hotel i go nie polecam!

Tomatoes baked with cheese - but you will find them in the first half hour of breakfast, rice porridge seems to be in milk, but without sugar, salt, then there is a table with cheeses - one type of very salty cheese is cut into several baking sheets in different shapes, also delicious 1 type of cheese , watermelons, apples every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner, every other day-2 - oranges, honeycombs in a small waffle cup, 4 types of jam, coffee, tea. For lunch and dinner, the first days there was just not edible stewed grayish chicken, delicious rice as a side dish, pasta, spaghetti, then a rack with strange salads - pasta in some sour sauces like yogurt, cucumbers and tomatoes in different variations, greens, leaves salad - and all this is not tasty and not appetizing. For dessert, different shapes - a rhombus, a circle, a square)))) but one kind of pie, just cut into different shapes, like piemen, and all this is filled with some kind of sugar burda, syrup!? Why???! Have you tried these cookies yourself? Vacationers did not like them, otherwise they would have been taken apart! After 2 days, there were small changes - they began to bake chicken, fry fries, once there was beef, never fish. I didn’t drink Jupi from the machine, the tea was always sour, I drank coffee from the machine in the morning, mostly water and several times cola. The staff worked quickly, quickly, quickly, collect dishes, wipe tables. For maintenance - the air conditioner did not work, the equipment was sent immediately, but later it worked intermittently, that is, on and you have to wait 10-15 minutes until it turns on, then an icy stream that was not regulated by temperature blows on you, because the location is right in front bed, which can be hypothermia of the body. The technical staff is cleaned daily, soap, shampoo, paper, towels and bedding are constantly issued without any problems - clean, in excellent white condition. Wi-Fi did not work in the room and the problem was not solved after repeated requests, buying a SIM card for 7 days for $ 25 is simply not reasonable, I used it at the reception, the dining room worked without interruption. The location of the beach is not far from the hotel for me, a calm pace - min 7-10, on the beach there are own sunbeds and umbrellas, towels for a fee, the entry is convenient from the neighboring white in white beach of the hotel, there are fewer stones, waves ... well, what can I say the sea is the sea, you can’t spoil it in any way, I don’t consider it a problem))) There is no animation, not from the word at all - it was 3 times in 7 days, min 30 pro

A huge puddle always flows out of the shower onto the floor in the bathroom. The stains were not even wiped off under the toilet lid. There are a lot of incomprehensible stains on the worn-out furniture, there are also enough on the floor. At the same time, it is not difficult to wipe them off, I checked. Even the hair in the shower drain from previous vacationers was left as a legacy. The bed linen is also stained. Very unpleasant. There are no complaints about everything else - it pulls for 3 *, but the cleaning is just awful .....
