The villa was ok . The owner or company was useless. Incorrect location on the ******* site. Villa didn’t have simple ammenities like bottle openers etc . Very dissatisfied. Will never use this company / person again

Please note this isn’t regarding the villa we didn’t get the villa we got an apartment
Three weeks before our holiday we got a call to say the villa wasn’t available and offered us a family sized apartment which was lovely and actually better than the villas looked we had lift access to pool and all other services in the hotel, The villas was quite a distance away from the hotel
As compensation for no villa we was offered a full day all inclusive on arrival we had to ask for it after finding the manager it wasn’t noted on the file after speaking to the manager it was changed to a lunch or a breakfast not a full day all inclusive.
Our fridge broke down after first week so food went off in our fridge it wasn’t fixed we complained several times to no help being offered.
On the last day we got our free lunch that was ok after finally a manager came and told reception about it.
Unless you get to the pool by 7am you won’t have a sun bed
The shop is a complete rip off so not shop there they change the prices every time you are in there.
Take a bus or drive down the road to another
Other than that the hotel is beautiful the pool entertainment is 5 * water slides are brilliant just the management needs to tweek some services on how to treat customers
