Ark Apart and Suite Hotel

Just returned from a 10 day stay at this hotel and we had a fabulous time. We arrived at 3am and was offered a drink from the machine and there were bottles of water in the fridge. Our bags were taken to our room which was very spacious with 2 bedrooms. The room was on the side of the road and although the traffic can be heard it didn't disturb our sleep. The air conditioning does cost 10€ per day so you need to budget this into your holiday, we were a little concerned at first as air con unit is only in the main living area but with bedroom doors open it does circulate around the whole apartment. The food is plentiful with a cooking station outside during dinner offering a freshly cooked choice. We went with children who always found something to eat, like chicken nuggets and chips, as we were all inclusive, they also had the choice of having burger and chips or pizza and chips during snack time too. We didn't always go for breakfast as turkush pancakes are cooked daily so we often chose this option when we git up. Nothing better than a pancake and coffee to start the day. The entertainment was fabulous, Pinocchio is great, he puts on pool games, darts and games during the day and quizzes, karaoke and a fire show during the evenings, he works so hard and is worth his weight in gold, they also have a turkish night with dancers and a belly dancer. The bar and restaurant staff were welcoming and friendly, they kept our drinks topped up and chatted often, very nice people. We did tip the workers as we definitely felt they deserved it. We would definitely return to this hotel, the main town costs 200tl in a taxi but prices are high around the harbour area, there are a few little cafe and bars around hotel but not many, however a lot of places to offer free pick up/drop off service. Also if you plan to book trips the hotel rep charges high prices, ask around and you will get alot better prices.

Where do I start, worst hotel ever. Do not recommend staying here at all. Not sure how it’s receiving good reviews, everyone we spoke to seemed to have issues. Arrived at 3am to a sweat box room. Air con in one room so two of us the whole holiday had hardly any sleep from the heat. Hotel did not care at all and refused to change are room. We were on the main road side too which is extremely noise. Also on the beach says €6 a night for air-con but when arriving was told it’s €10. Food was very repetitive, got back from a tip at 15:55 snack bar shuts at 4 was refused a pizza. Even after saying our children hadn’t eaten all day due to not liking fish or chicken on the day trip. So we had to go to shop and buy snacks till dinner. They are all about charging extra for everything. Found bar staff very rude. Entertainer did not interact with my children once… I’m completely gutted with how we have been treat this week. I guess you get what you pay for. Final night one of us end us with food poisoning… spreading round the hotel. When asking staff they tell you it isn’t but we spoke to others that were ill too. Do not believe the staff. Hotel also claims to know nothing about return transfers to airport. Says someone will come speak to us at 5pm went to reception at that time to be told they know nothing about at and there’s no one to speak to. Pretty much deal with it yourself. I’d recommend anyone to avoid this place.

This hotel is so welcoming and the staff are fantastic. Pinocchio is the entertainer and he is so energetic and friendly. The staff go above and beyond for you. Been twice and enjoyed it both times. Kids loved it. Would recommend going on a jeep safari, so fun and visit some beautiful places. Clean hotel

What a fantastic hotel, friendly very helpful and pleasant nothing was too much . Hotel was very clean , pools well kept , kids loved the water slides. This is the best hotel I've stayed in couldn't fault the staff one bit. Our flight was 2 hours late arrived 3.30 in the morning still was willing to help with luggage and had a bottle of water in the fridge. Thank for making our family holiday perfect.

Returned for our second time, this time being 2 weeks. We absolutely love this hotel. Staff couldn't do enough for you, hakan the night manager is amazing, all so friendly. Great for kids. Returning again in October for definite!!! Pinnichio is amazing with the kids also!!!!

Pinocchio, osman, Karim and the team beautiful people. Having the best staff 2 days in. They make you feel soo welcome and keep you entertained. Come here if you want a good time. All the team are the best you won't be disappointed! The place is small but it's the place to be for comfort with your kids

It was my first time visiting Turkey and I think i found the perfect hotel. The staff go above and beyond to make everyone feel welcome. The hotel is spotless clean. It was the most enjoyable holiday. The 2 bedroom apartment was absolutely lush. Only fault was the double bed being rock hard. I spent most days on my own at the poolside and it was so relaxing and perfect. The food was delicious and fresh every day. Really couldnt fault it. Already looking to book again next year. Perfect hotel. Amazing staff 👏
