Adult only property was nice. Good location, nice breakfast, very clean. No hot water in night 1 and drilling beside the pool every afternoon was a bit annoying.

Lovely room with huge balcony in the newly built part of hotel. Nice breakfast option, simple continental but all you need. Great location over looking beach. A kettle / tea coffee in room would be good. Also a parasol on the balcony

Not sure if it’s a family’s hotel or not, because if it’s then I understand why they have this strange policy.
The best thing about it is the view, but the service wasn’t great. No coffee, tea or mini bar in the room. Rooms were small, but clean with not very comfy bed. Breakfast was very basic. Staff don’t speak English, except Philippa, she was awesome.

I liked staying at Vila Sao Vicente because it is a true 3 star with all the comfort we looked for in Albufeira. Our room was spacious and clean enough (cleanliness not perfect however). Position is great since it is close to the town center but still in a quiet area. Breakfast was good with both sweet and salted options. Honestly, I did not like the 200 € deposit we had to give upon arrival according to the "hotel policy". This is disappointing since they treat guests as potential vandals when they arrive at the hotel, instead of giving them a warm welcome.
