To begin the property staff claim to have received the reservation from ******* for the wrong night, but since I had printed it they honored the correct night despite claiming no vacancy. Unfortunately the room they gave me was filthy, it looked like an extended stay suite that had not been used in years. The shower didn’t work properly
There were no bed linens for the pull out
Most of the lights were burnt out. The WiFi could not be accessed
The remotes didn’t work.
Absolutely unacceptable accommodations.

Advertise the pool was open when it wasn't. No sheets on the beds when we walked into the room. No waste paper basket. Toilet clogged so no where to go to the bathroom. 6am and lobby still isn't open so we can use the restroom.TV wouldn't work...discovered HDMI cable plugged in wrong slot. Couldn't adjust the shower faucet. Soiled underwear lying in hallway. Couldn't adjust the hot water in the tub. Stray cats living all over complex. Fan in bathroom disconnected and no cover. No carpet in the rooms...tile floors. Incomplete construction projects everywhere. Just a nightmare.

The pillow were very uncomfortable and they gave us 2 queen than 1 king sized bed.

There was 2 police cars on site during checking in and the customers dogs were unleased and I asked why the dogs were unleased the customers didn't answer so I checked out and went to another motel. My safety is more important than money.new Mexico trip was little disappointing.

Advertised breakfast but there was none. Homeless area. Facility filthy. Laundry facility was not clean. Would not use. Staff's attitude was oh well!!!

We arrived and were given a room in which the entire bathtub faucet was in pieces on the side of the tub. The room smelled of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There was also the smell of urine. There were no hangers, no iron/ironing board. We arrived at midnight, at 1:30 in the morning we were finally in a different room. The shower was in one piece! However, this room also smelled of urine. Although advertised that the room included breakfast, no breakfast was available. Outside the room, the floor was litered with cigarette butts, dental picks, and was extremely soiled. The door on the first was almost impossible to lock, creating an extreme fire and safety hazard. The second room's lock was a bit better.
