The hotel looks FANTASTIC. It’s a designer’s dream. The location is perfect. However, for a 4-star hotel and at that price (high for Alcalá) I was expecting some slippers, more choice of pillows and tea-coffee facilities inside the room. For a tea, I had to go to the bar next door and carry my boiling tea all the way to my room. Also, the mattress is HORRIBLE. I had a horrible night because it was so hard. I would invest in new mattresses. There wasn’t any extra duvet in the room either.
I would return to try the Spa and if they change this basic things (tea boiler and mattresses), I would consider staying again since the place is so gorgeous.

Excellent facilities, very large rooms with modern decor. Right in the centre of the historic centre of Alcalá, a great place to stay.

Céntrico y con estilo moderno. Cómodo y trato exquisito también en cafetería y restaurante. Relación calidad precio estupendo! Fin de semana además con fiestas, todo muy animado. Piscina muy apetecible e incluida en la tarifa. Llegamos al mediodía y tomamos un tapeo en una terraza preciosa. Muy profesionales. Mención especial a Sami en el restaurante, trato y cena excelente, al chico de la cafetería por su atención, bocata de calamares y tabla de quesos muy bueno! Totalmente recomendable

Hemos pasado un fin de semana genial en este Parador de excelentes instalaciones (gran piscina!) y con ubicación única para disfrutar con toda comodidad de la historia de la ciudad. Pero sobre todo, destaca la calidez y amabilidad de todo su Personal: fue una experiencia memorable desde el momento de la Recepción hasta la partida el domingo. Gran hospitalidad y cenamos muy bien. La "experiencia Paradores" en su forma más acogedora y disfrutable en familia... y a sólo 30 min en coche de casa... pero qué más se puede pedir!
