CITY POINT BEACH & SPA HOTEL
4.3/549 Reviews
The location of the hotel was very nice. It was a clean hotel and the staff was friendly. The room we stayed in had a sea view. The view is really beautiful. But there are only towels and soap in the room. The refrigerator heats instead of cooling. In the all-inclusive application, the ingredients used for meals and drinks were bad. High-fat meals created a strong odor in the main restaurant. Desserts were too sugary and unhealthy. The fruits were not fresh. The peanut style cookies in the open buffet were stale. There were no food or drink alternatives for the diet at all. Among the drinks, wine was of very poor quality. While drinks were unlimited, Turkish coffee was extra. In general, I recommend having better quality and less variety of food and beverages.
Maril Resort Hotel

As a new resort, I feel a review is important for people considering booking. We’ve had a lovely, relaxing stay at the Maril hotel. The sea view room was beautiful with breathtaking views. The room was always left clean and tidy with towels and toiletries replaced and 2 bottles of water provided each day. A little tip- just remember to push the cleaner icon by the door to ensure your room gets cleaned. We were always able to find a sun bed in the sun and the pool was always clean and the toilets by the pool are always kept clean throughout the day. There’s a good selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. You can expect traditional Turkish dishes, along with Italian and English classics. There’s always a collection of beautiful salads and fruits available. There’s a constant supply of food available- check out the afternoon snacks as you can’t beat a build your own burger which we really enjoyed. Also, the Friday night dinner selection was incredible! There are some areas the Maril hotel could improve upon, especially for an English person visiting this resort and I think it’s helpful for other visitors to be aware of these things and for management to use this feedback to improve upon as it could really be a great 5 star, luxurious resort. - Staff lack speaking English - Ultra all inclusive- do not be alarmed with local fruit juices, soft drinks and local spirits. Minimal cocktail list. One beer - Once you check in, you are left to your own devices. Not shown where anything is/ no explanation. Spa facilities were not explained - A hotel map would be beneficial to help guide people with where things are - Mini bar is a bottle of water in your room - Entertainment in the day does not exist. Entertainment in the evenings is poor and could be improved - Relaying of tables isn’t quick enough. There were numerous times we had to seek for our own cutlery - Food should be labelled with a name of the dish and an outline of the contents for allergies - Tables are laid for a minimum of 4-6 people. There are no tables for 2, but breaking these down would resolve the table shortage at meal times
Altinersan Hotel

Great little hotel in the centre of Altinkum. The hotel is bed and breakfast but also provides lunch snacks and evening snacks if you do not want to go out. It also has a lovely bar that can be accessed inside or outside. Rooms are very clean, beds comfy and lifts are very clean and new. It is only listed as a two star, but I think it deserves better. There is an accessible pool to side of hotel with plenty of sunbeds. Will certainly go back again. Air con is included in the cost of room.

Прекрасное расположение, хороший ремонт, хороший менеджер на ресепшене, завтрак - не шведский стол, похоже что отель новый и ремонт продолжается, в ванне и комнате только общий свет, настенные светильники отсутствуют...

Seahorse Deluxe Hotel

In a word, it's a disgraceful place. We entered, the lady took us to the room, she opened the door, and when you entered the fish section in the petshop, it smelled like heavy dampness, and at that moment I understood how we had come to a place. We came from outside and said let's wash our hands and face, there is no soap dispenser. I went and told the officer 5 minutes later he brought me soap in a cardboard glass, brother, to see if this is available. I didn't bother him with a smile. The old beds squeak at the slightest movement, it squeaks so much that my little girl wakes up with this sound. There is a kitchen in an aimless way, but there is nothing for you to do anything, it is empty. We went to eat because of the pandemic, we take table d'hote style, cardboard plate, plastic spoon fork, etc. We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, just as the food was in the artisan restaurant. We ate standard home-cooked meals while we were waiting for things like barbecue, meat, and meatballs to come out in places like this. It was not good for the holiday environment. Breakfast was always the same, there was no bagel, bagel or anything different. I can't say anything to the young people who work, I didn't expect them to work 14 hours a day and get scolded by the boss and be friendly. We went to the nearest sea 400m away, it requires a thousand witnesses to say the sea, I just dived with the huge rock sea goggles, we came back before these stones entered. Don't mind that it says unlimited local drinks, there are cola, fanta, sprite, you know, ayran soda, ice tea, does it have to drink fizzy drink, everyone said I wanted ayran for my daughter, it's going to be extra, I started to get nervous already there. It has a standard pool, it's not dirty, there's nothing else you can do anyway, like crazy, face the pool to the right and to the left every day, there is no other option. The water incident was the last straw. Water paid yes, you didn't hear it wrong. If you want to buy water with money, there is a fountain at the bar at the entrance, don't fill it with a big bottle, they get angry. It is forbidden to take water to the room for a glass. You should have seen the regret on the faces of people who came on holiday in the next rooms but had problems like me. There are 2 swings and a slide in the hotel, it's like a park, we couldn't even clean it to swing our daughter. The bed sheets were naturally wet and dirty. On the 2nd day, at lunch, I told them I wanted to change it, it was 10 in the evening, I did not come, I went and told the attendant, it was late, he says, why should he say it during the day? I won't take it too long, because I didn't have a mask on the last day, I asked the lady at the entrance if there is a mask next to her, she says, unfortunately, we don't have it, there is no child in front of you. Those who want to go, think carefully and evaluate, don't ruin the best days of your year just because I will escape from 500 TL. A DISGUSTING BUSINESS.
