Lovely hotel although getting a little pricey now even in off session. Rooms are fine and functional albeit a little tired in terms of decor and tech. Bathrooms are much the same but can’t complain too much as everything works fine. Staff are helpful and accommodating. Best of all the hotel is 5 mins from Golden Temple by Auto.

One of the best hotels I have stayed so far. Fairfield by marriot has kept up to its brand name of Marriot. 👌Smooth check in process 👌Excellent service 👌 Huge spread of scrumptious breakfast. Staff also serve your choice of food item, apart from the breakfast buffet. 👌 Quick Room service 👌 Hospitable staff 👌 Clean rooms Tbh, I found the rooms small for a triple sharing basis. Apart from that, everything else was magnificent.

Quality inn Elite is a superb hotel ..We stayed there from 6th - 7th Jun & from the time we checked it we have a fabulous experience.. everyone at the hotel is very helpful, special thanks to Mr Gurjit & Ms Damanpreet , they went all out to ensure we have a comfortable stay , since we were traveling with kids all our small request were also taken care of.. The hotel is very well located its just 3 mins from railway station & 10 mins from Harmindir Sahib .. the rooms are spacious & very well-maintained. The breakfast is mouthwatering All in all we highly recommend staying at this beautiful property

I stayed at the Hyatt Regency in Amritsar for 2 nights 30 /31 May as part of a Mercury Holidays tour group. All the hotels used were excellent but the Hyatt stood out because of the attentive nature and politeness of all the staff members. They could not do enough for us. The greeting was exceptionally warm and friendly and we were made to feel special right from the moment we got off the bus. Everything was well organised and the whole experience was wonderful, stress free and relaxing. Everyone was so helpful and the service so prompt and personal. Too ***y staff to compliment from door attendants, greeters, receptionists, luggage handlers, restaurant personnel and room cleaners all deserve more than 10 out of 10. I have probably missed out some roles for which I apologise. If I had to select two names it would be Sonali on greeting. She has a smile to die for (see photo attached) and so helpful and informative. She told us all about the Golden Temple what to look for to get the full experience and showed us a flavour of what to expect there at night and during the day and at the closing of the border ceremony via the hotel information video. She also advised us on the security arrangements at sites and what not to take ( eg cigarette lighters) and expected dress codes. Nothing was too much trouble for this lady and her colleagues. The other person would be Bandano who worked in the pastry shop. I was looking for some of our tour party and another tour group had just arrived so the greeters were very busy in the foyer and she just came over and asked if she could help and pointed out where our people had gone. This demonstrates the team work between all departments and why the service at this hotel is exceptional. I have travelled a lot on business and have stayed in some top class world ranked hotels and this is one of the best due mainly to the genuine attentive nature of the staff and their willingness to help. Nothing was too much trouble.

Rooms are bit old on the 3rd floor but they( ***agement ) told me that this section is for foreigners and they like authentic old stuff which is okay, but rooms in which i stayed were not properly ventilated because the air conditioning was not up to the mark( it was oky but can improve) Staff and ***agement were quite professional , were helpful and the best thing about the property is “THE EMPLOYEES AND THE ***AGEMENT ”. Food was okay but service was good again, presentation was okay but servings were good, All around—＞ Everything was okay okay but staff was good and professional.😄😄

Though far from Golden temple and closer to Airport but their warmth and hospitality will stay with us. We stayed their for 2 days and both the day our day started with welcome and wamrth of Parmeshwar and Chef Swarnendra Maity Nice Buffet spread and Awesome bakery Beautiful property, will definately recommend

An exemplary service experience. Very quick Check-in and checkout, inspite of a Huge rush, very prompt service from the room service staff at 3 in the morning. A job well done guys.

Rather pleasant and not overly terrible. The hotel is nicely planned out and the room is spacious. The checkin staff were really helpful. Rooms were clean, the tv didn’t have any useful channels and you are forced to use YouTube to watch. The towels were a bit smelly and could have done with a better wash. The staff were patient with us due to an issue with a bank card slowing down payment. There hotel is really close to there Baba Atal Tower entrance point to the Har***dir sahib complex. What let it down was the travel and tour staff that arranged the Wagga border trip for us as they more of less left us at one of the gates to fend for ourselves and get back to the hotel with an e scooter that we then had to pay extra for ruining the whole day which has been going ok until then.
