My car was hit by the hotel valet, and there was a 350 TL charge. They said they would pay, but they didn't. I called 50 times and each time they said okay, but there was no result. Let it be haram, let it be poison, let it be many times more than that. There were hundreds of hotels, we made a mistake and stayed in this hotel and are punished. 30 yıllık hayatımın en kötü otel deneyimiydi. Çocuğumun yatağında çarşaf yoktu. Defalarca söyledim ama kimse ilgilenmedi. 3 saat sonunda gittim dolaptan kendim aldım serdim. Hem 900 lira verip hem de yatağı ben kurdum. Korkunç!!!
