I have visited the hotel for a business meeting and I got very pleasant surprised by it and its staff. The people in the hotel and the staff at the reception were very supportive and helped me with some urgent issues that appeared at the time of my stay. Merhaba, öncelikle her iki ayda bir Ankara’ya iş seyahatim için geldiğimden bana en yakın konum olarak eski adıyla Anadolu otel, şimdi ki adıyla Grand Mercure olan otelde kalıyorum. 16 Mart 2022 tarihide otele giriş yaptığımda Grand Mercure olduğunu farkettim. İlk başta çok şaşırdım bilmiyordum çünkü ama içeri girdiğimde iyi ki değişmiş dedim. Çalışanlar çok sıcak kanlı, güleryüzle ve çok nazikler. Benim için önemli olan bir kaç şey vardır, bunlar şu şekildedir karşılama ve hizmet. Otelin her yerinde özelikle kahvaltı salonunda çalışan insanlar çok sıcak kanlı çok yardımsever ve nazikler. Çevre kontrolleri o kadar iyi ki tamamen müşteriye odaklılar. İhtiyacı karşılamak için hazır bekliyorlar. Burada bir çalışanınıza dikkat çekmek istiyorum. Kahvaltı salonunda çalışan Beyza Hanım gerçekten çok güleryüzle ve müşteri odaklı böyle bir çalışanınız olduğu için çok şanslısınız. Bir sonraki Ankara iş seyahatinde Grand Mercure de kalacağım hatta her iş seyahatimde Grand Mercure de kalmaya devam edeceğim. İnsan odaklı çalışan ve tamamen hizmet adı altında çıktığınız bu yolda sizlere hayırlı olmasını diliyorum. Başarılarınızın devamını diliyorum. Hizmet için teşekkür ediyorum.

due to Covid-19 the gym and spa were closed, so I cannot comment on the hotel's facilities. Also, the buffet for breakfast were closed and they served breakfast in wrapped plates, Jambobs, cheese, jam, etc. It was OK but not great. The service was good. the receptionists could speak English fluently and they helped me to find my way around the city and made a copy of few documents that I needed. The wifi speed and availability in the whole hotel was great. also the safe in the room was big enough for my 16 inch laptop. Loved the shower as well. I had a nice view on 11th floor. In general, my stay was satisfactory.

The hotel claims to be a five-star hotel, but if we evaluate it from our perspective, it must not be called a five-star hotel. The room is small and the elevator is also small. The advantage is that the location is really good. There is a fairly large shopping mall next to it. The goods inside are complete, and the basic needs are naturally available. There are also taxis at the door. It is a high-quality hotel worth considering.

although the old furniture and room layout, the hotel was excellent to stay in, you get more than what you paid, truly it was an excellent stay. Naim, from the reservation team, made this possible, we had a challenge on the first night, but his fast action and solution drew a big smile to our faces, and a big thank you to Naim and the restaurant team who were very very outstanding staff members.
