Everything was very bad. We arrived at reception and there was no one there. We called several times and they finally came. The sheets and curtains were all wrinkled, the mattress was flat on one side, a disaster. The only good thing was the location.

Centrally located, clean and welcoming hotel. The receptionist was very kind and friendly. The room was spacious with a small balcony. The bed was very comfortable and large, and the television had several channels. The room was good value for money.

Very bad experience. The reception staff is unpleasant, the room was dirty, under the beds there were used toothpicks, crumbs, wrinkled sheets with hair on them... It was clear that they had not been changed.

Un desastre. En primer lugar, no tuvieron en cuenta mi petición de 2 camas y nos dieron una de matrimonio. Al llegar me encuentro con esto y la señorita de la recepción me dice que en mi reserva no habla de dos camas. Yo le enseño mi petición y el correo de booking que la recoge. Alguien no la ha tenido ni siquiera en cuenta. Me dicen que no hay ninguna posibilidad de cambio y claro, ya me tengo que aguantar con lo que hay. La cama encima hacía mucho ruido y las sábanas estaban sin planchar (no creo que eso sea aceptable en un hotel de 4 estrellas). Cuando me fui a duchar el agua salía algo templada. Me quejé y la señorita de recepción va y me dice que si le he dado para el lado que sale caliente,... Por la noche sí salía caliente. A la mañana siguiente ya no tanto aunque más que la tarde anterior. La nevera hacía bastante ruido y en el silencio de la noche se oía bastante.

No recomiendo este hotel a pesar de las 4 estrellas, que no se corresponden con los servicios, nefasta atención en la tramitación de las reservas de habitación. Teníamos reservado dos habitaciones, una de ella con dos camas individuales y cuando llegamos a las 10:30 de la noche la sorpresa es que eran camas de matrimonio, después de que la recepcionista nos asignó otras habitaciones que según ella eran con dos camas, no era esa la realidad, finalmente nos indico que no había habitaciones de dos camas y que a la mañana siguiente se resolvería. Optamos por buscar otro hotel y marcharnos , la sorpresa es que a la mañana siguiente habían cargado en la tarjeta de crédito una habitaciones con lo cual tuvimos quje volver de nuevo al hotel y hablar con el director y contarle la pésima atención recibida y la devolución del cargo de la habitación, además de cumplimentar una hoja de reclamación

The hotel had no parking, no receptionist, no cleaning staff, and the ac was more like a fan without any cooling. I have stayed at hostels with much better service. The location is good, but everything else is missing. Will never come back

Un hotel de 4 estrellas? Quizás son demasiadas La habitación aparentemente bien pero al sentarse en la cama ya se apreciaba el estado del colchón y la base. El baño con el lavabo roto y la encimera de pena.No había gel,unicamente champú e hidratante Ni un simple boli,ni libreta para anotar La situación es buena pero no volveré

Sabanas sucias, el agua de la ducha templado, el personal del restaurante poco profesional y siempre les pillas con la boca llena, nos dieron habitación al lado del restaurante… música alta y a la hora de recoger se oían cómo arrastraban todas las sillas y mesas.Las personas de recepción hacen lo que pueden pero están poco cualificadas.

Help at the desk as to things to do around was fabulous. Rom was very confortable. Great parking nd breakfast. All employees very polite and helpful. Strongly recommend staying in the Villas de Aranda Hotel and spend beautiful nights in its surroundings.
