Estadia perfeita! Todos os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e receptivos! Acomodações muito limpas e bonitas… a piscina climatizada com certeza foi um diferencial pois pegamos dias não tão quentes, além de ter um visual lindo de frente para a praia! Adoramos e recomendamos

The room didn't have any chairs to sit you have to sit on your bed. The bathroom didn't have anywhere to hang the towels. There was no wash cloth and shower paint was peeling. This is what they call luxury. The views from the room was beautiful. You have a choice of the small pool or beach.

Stayed here for four days around a wedding. Paid for a room with a view which was blocked by the wedding tent. A little disappointing but not the hotel's fault and it disappeared after the event leaving a lovely view. Not an inexpensive stay but worthwhile. The staff are mazing, including the manager who never smiles, great breakfast, lunch if you choose it. Quiet Ferradura beach, plagued by a little seaweed but who cares. Wonderful beds. Totally enjoyable stay.

Overall, the experience at Villa Raphael was great. Pros: Staff, Service, Cleanliness, Ferradura Beach Location, Breakfast. You can tell they put continual effort into painting and maintenance. Cons: Although we stayed in a "Super Luxury" accommodation (room #11), we were surprised they do not have washcloths and there really isn't a space to hang towels | robe, other than inside the shower which we tried, and they got wet. We would have liked to have a chair in the room because other than the bed, there was no place to sit in the room or the balcony. If you go out from the hotel, you have to ring a bell to be let in which can be a little inconvenient depending on how dark it is or how late it is (note: in August, it is dark by 6pm). Given the proximity to the beach, I understand using plastic for trash cans, soap dish, etc. However, they were a little flimsy and cheesy.

Simplesmente maravilhosa! Pousada pé na areia na praia da Ferradura, uma das mais bonitas e menos muvucadas de Buzios. Suítes ótimas, café da manhã top, servido à mesa com espumante e tudo, piscina aquecida e uma equipe nota 10, todos gentilíssimos e eficientes. Ambiente tranquilo e reservado, ideal para quem quer descansar. Parabéns!
