Simply horrible service. In fact, there is no service at all. Those who travel and don't pay cheap want the minimum of comfort, however in this place they don't even have napkins, cutlery or glasses. Now tell me who travels to an inn and is going to take cutlery, glasses, napkins?! Breakfast was advised that it was not served, but not even the basics were available. The bath towels were all old and torn. There were spider webs in the bathroom. Under the bed was pure dirt. The sheets were old and had holes…the blanket was one that is usually bought in large quantities for donation. In short, the location is good, but it stops there.
We called a couple of friends who were also extremely disappointed.

Não há ninguém na recepção... piscina sujissima, não tem café pra quem quer pagar na hora, não existe segurança alguma, simplesmente parece uma casa abandonada .. lamentável um local tão bom. O local e bem localizado porém está largados

O Internet não funciona de lugar nenhum da pousada, fiquei 5 dias e não consegui usar em momento algum. São inflexíveis com relação a horário, a recepção só abre às 14hs no horário do check in, então se chegar antes não tem onde deixar as malas.

When we booked on the website, we bought breakfast included but when we arrived we were informed that the breakfast was outsourced with a charge of 30 reais and with a 24-hour reservation. We were also informed that the place is no longer a guesthouse, but rather an apartment rental, with reception not even available from 5am to 2pm, during which period the reception is closed.

Tiene una estructura sin mantenimiento, moho en el baño, escaleras de maderas podridas, la pileta descuidada y la recepcion solo de 14 hrs a 5am. Tiene todo para ser un gran hotel, le falta mucha inversion. Esta ubicado en un morro muy alto, sin auto es muy incomodo.
