The room can see the Hazrat Sultan Mosque, which is a 20-minute walk away. The hotel breakfast is also good. The bathroom lighting is comfortable and bright, and the shower head water pressure is very good. The hotel staff is very enthusiastic.

There is no gym and there are many people staying. The service is OK.

Compared to the price, this hotel is really average. The location is OK, but it is old. There is no bottled water provided. The main reason is that the room is too narrow. There is only a small TV on the wall at the end of the bed, and the table can't be placed. There is only a curved table by the window to put the computer in the small corridor, which is inconvenient for office work. The shower lamp is also small, the wash basin is also small, and the toilet is also small. The door access control is not easy to use. It doesn't work. I reported it to the front desk and changed it. It is slightly better, but it doesn't work. The front desk can speak English and the attitude is OK. The wash basin was blocked that day and the water was not flowing smoothly. When cleaning the next day, the workers came to change the pipe and repaired it.

The hotel is very well located, transport and even the attractions of Astana are all nearby and can be reached on foot. The room is clean, comfortable bed and good linens, clean toilet and shower. There is a cafe and currency exchange nearby. good breakfast.
