Definitely a great experience and we enjoyed the time there. clean rooms, friendly staff and warm vibes suitable for families and kids. The most thing I appreciated is that there is mosque inside the resort and is very close to the lobby. Two nice pools especially the one for adults. Great food quality and variety. The beach wasn't perfect as it is full of pebbles and rocks.

Very bad hygiene, checked in room#4032 which was have a terrible smell, after housekeeping check , a family was in this room before us have 4 kids and it is too hard to clean , we previewed room #3028 and moved after 5 mins we informed the house keeping that toilet seat have stool on outer side , house keeping inspected and admitted that toilet seat has stool on outer side , a very bad experience

The resort was very exciting from the reception to the farewell, the restaurant was delicious, the room service was also good, the check-in was fast, and all the services were excellent. I would like to thank both Adham at the reception and Ramadan at the room service. The activities at the resort were very delicious. It was my first time traveling to Sokhna and I loved it too. I used to visit Cancun every year with my family, but this may be my last trip. I booked a deluxe 3-bedroom villa, but upon arrival, we waited over an hour for it to be ready, only to be given an outdated, poorly furnished, and smelly unit. They tried to convince me this was the deluxe villa I had booked, and my only alternative was to wait until the next day for a transfer to a new villa. After insisting on either a transfer or a full refund, a clean villa miraculously appeared. However, I have yet to receive an apology from management or reception for the delay, or even a follow-up call to check on our satisfaction. I’m deeply disappointed in how the place has deteriorated.

المكان حلو جدا . انبسطتنا اوي واحلي حاجه فالمكان هو الانيميشن تيم خصوصا ياسمين و منه فالكيدز كلوب شاطرين ولذاذ اوي تعاملهم مع الاطفال و معانا احنا كمان تحفه انبسطنا معاهم جدا و سلمي و عمرو و رحمه روحهم حلوه اوي و كل الفقرات اللي كانوا بيعملوها كانت لذيذه اوي بالنسبه للاكل و النظافه حلو جدا و السيرفز هايله وًكل حاجه بصراحه كانت جميله و ان شاء الله هنيجي مره تانيه .

We enjoyed our stay in cancun. Staff members are friendly and helpful. Good food variety at the restaurant, more appetisers is needed in dinner, desserts are of low quality and taste in both dinner snd breakfast. Deluxe Villa with private pool is good but pool is not fully private as neighbours can see you from their bedroom. The only negative comment is a lot of flies are there in villa and by the pool They need to take extra precautions for flies in the villa and by the pool. Private pool deluxe villa price need to be reduced a bit.
