Studio standard A2 Tout d’abord il faudrait revoir tous ces commentaires vieillots tout comme les photos d’équipements du logement, sur tous les sites de location… La seule chose positive est que le logement est bien situé, pas très loin de tout pour les visites les resto le métro. La Chambre : la literie est à changer ça grince de partout, (et ce même commentaire a déjà été publié en 2022 par d’autres clients) La vitre placée au-dessus de la porte d’entrée, il manque un rideau pour cacher la lumière du couloir. Être réveillé en pleine nuit par la lumière du couloir car des occupants font la discutions dans l’escalier et ne cessent d’allumer. Niveau insonorisation ça résonne du tonnerre. La salle de bain : rideau de douche jaune et moisi (commentaire déjà publié en 2021 par d’autres clients. ) il n’y a rien pour fixer le pommeau de douche, le bac à douche est noire, les joints ont bien vécu. Le sèche-cheveux est très anciens il a déjà eu chaud. Cuisine : pas de cafetière ni bouilloire, ni micro-onde. Très peu de vaisselle dans les placard… la cuisinière est vieille, plaques électriques…. Dans les placards de cuisines des restent de céréales, d.aliment en tout genre laissé par les anciens occupants…. Il en ressort que malgré les avis de clients rien n’est fait pour améliorer le logement au fil du temps…

Unfortunately our experience was not a positive one. We booked the Standard B Studio, which is recommended by Booking for 3 people; in reality there is only one bed (slightly larger than a square and a half!) and a very short sofa with rigid wooden armrests, which does not open and is not a sofa bed. We immediately wrote to the manager who replied that this was the sofa for the third person. Too bad that perhaps only a child could sleep there, for an adult it is absolutely impossible to lie down. We wrote to the manager as intending to change accommodation or hoping to be able to add at least one cot, but he never replied. It should be noted that there is no reception and no one contacts anyone to hand over the keys, in fact check-in and check-out both take place remotely. Also, the toilet flush button didn't work, and we had to open the cistern every time to flush. There is a grate on the bathroom floor from which foam and water come out when you take a shower or use the sink, so you have to constantly mop the floor. The location is really central, and if we had been two people it would have been a good compromise. But absolutely for 3 people it is not an acceptable accommodation.
