No air condition/cooling, old, smoke from smokers are constant in the room, noise from next door rooms (you hear EVERTHING), very simple/plain breakfast, and the price is redicolous for this low standard. Busses, cars and all kind of noises- all night. Opening the window gets you ALL the smoke which not alteady is in you room. Horrible. Eorse 3 nights at any hotel. The room is like an owen. Hot. Hot and steaming hot. Never ever again.

Geen airco!!!! Verschrikkelijke nacht in veel te warme kamer. Daarnaast glas wijn besteld: krijg bodempje voor 8 CHF. Vriendelijk personeel, dat wel. Ontbijt prima en dinerkaart zag er prima uit. Aardig hotel om te overnachten op doorreis, maar vermijd in de zomer. Niet te doen zonder airco.

I am currently staying with my family at Ramada Baden Du Parc in 3 rooms for one week. The front desk has a jug of water. When I went to fill my bottle of water, I was told this water is only to drink at the hotel, not to be used to fill my water bottle. The hotel suggested I fill my bottle of water in my room’s washroom or buy a bottle of water from the hotel restaurant. When I asked for extra coffee pods for our room, I was advised I’ll need to purchase more. The staff’s unwillingness to accommodate our requests, left a bad impression and is significantly detracting from our stay. I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Nous passons 2 nuits. Hier en arrivant le mini bar vide et j ai demandé 3 fois pour avoir de l eau pour la nuit. Mais rien. Le lendemain la chambre pas nettoyé. Nous avons aussi demandé maintes fois de la faire mais rien. Là nous partons au magasin pour acheter de l eau car la réception nous dit toujours oui oui mais rien. Ils se moquent de nous Dommage

Wonderful hotel, quiet neighbourhood, best staff. Chef took great care. Good food quality and taste were to die for. Walk around the hotel is heavenly. Baden river is next door and you don’t get tired of walking around as natural sulphur hot water springs are there. Few minutes in water and you are recharged for running again. To sum up can’t wait to come back.

This hotel was chosen for our stay as part of our group tour. We spent three nights at this hotel. The rooms were up to the mark and the beds were very comfortable. The bathroom seemed quite small. The rooms had a coffee maker, as well as a kettle and all the necessary amenities for tea/coffee etc. We just partook of breakfast for all the days of our stay, as we used to have our lunch and dinner during our sightseeing trips throughout the day. It was the typical continental buffet with limited choice. The hotel seems obsessed with guests adhering to breakfast timings allotted to them, especially for groups, which sort of reminded us of our school days. A relook into this aspect will surely add to the comfort of the guests. The hotel is about 7-10 minutes’ walk from the Baden train station and the front desk was very helpful in answering our queries regarding shops around and directed us to a nearby supermarket. Overall, our stay was an enjoyable experience.
