GGuest UserA friend recommended this place, and it's super convenient for all the tourist spots, plus it's surrounded by luxury boutiques. You can check in early, and then just head straight to the hotel, enter your name, and get your room card from the self-service machine. That's way ahead of many hotels in China and definitely deserves praise. Check-out was quick too. The elevator doors opened to a nice surprise, the room had fantastic views, and the facilities were clean and modern. Breakfast was also very satisfying. Highly recommend!

Great
TThian FernBest location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

GGuest UserThe hotel is in a very convenient location, especially for travelers planning to visit other European cities and countries. It is also close to the Eurostar terminal, making international travel very easy. The room was spacious and comfortable.
On the downside, the shampoo, conditioner, and hand soap in the room were not refilled during my stay. In addition, the toilet was located quite far from the sink, which was somewhat inconvenient.
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice it is conveniently next to the train station there is no shops or restaurant near So you have to go to the City or something If you want to do something the good thing Is that Hotel to the the good thing Is that Hotel to the airport every 30 minutes. The thing about the train is that it's only Departure one time per hour so you have to plan it a little bit. I wish the hotel could have water bottles in the room or something, also wish that they would have ironing Boards or something in the room. A must for business travelers
LLeyaziThe hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 5-minute walk from the Central Station, which made traveling to other cities incredibly convenient. Brussels is quite lively at night, so coming back to the hotel a bit later was never an issue. We stayed on the fourth floor and had a lovely view of a church right outside our window – waking up to see its spires every morning was wonderful. We also slept very well; the mattress was just the right balance of soft and firm.

VVaish’sStayed at Hilton Garden Inn Brussels City Centre during my trip and had a comfortable experience overall.
The hotel is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, slightly away from the main tourist spots but well connected via metro and tram. If you don’t mind a short commute, the location works well.
The rooms were clean, modern, and spacious, with all the essentials in place. The bed was comfortable, and the overall ambiance was relaxing—ideal after a long day of exploring the city.
The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options to start the day, although it can get a bit crowded during peak hours.
The staff were polite and helpful, making the check-in and stay smooth.
Only downside is that it’s not within walking distance of major attractions like Grand Place, so you’ll need to rely on public transport or taxis.
Overall, a good value-for-money stay in Brussels, especially if you prefer a quieter location with reliable comfort.
GGuest UserThe hotel is in the centre of the Brussels plaza, and 10-15mins from the train station. Very convenient with food and supermarket around.
Breakfast was nice and you can make your own crepe. Just that the plaza was a sightseeing spot. Many people and crowd and a bit noisy. Other than that everything was fine.

GGuest UserThis was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever.
Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left.
We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare.
The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.
