wyrainVery unlucky that AC is not working during our stay. Although we have been provided fans and cold water, the room is still not cool enough. And the chocolate I bought start melting in the room😔
But the hotel staff are nice and helpful, room is clean and beautiful, location is good, close to the tram station

Guest UserThis hotel was renovated in 2025, which is quite rare in Brussels. The 25th floor offers a sauna and relaxation area with panoramic views of Brussels, and it's free for hotel guests, which was a pleasant surprise. Luxury shops are located around the entrance, and the Royal Museums of Fine Arts are just an 11-minute walk away. There are also plenty of restaurants within 500 meters. Highly recommended!

Best location ever. It is right next to the Grote Market and just 2 mins walk to the Brussels Central Station. Close proximities to all the attractions and restaurant. The hotel is clean and well sound-proofed. The staff were very helpful with early check-in. I have left my necklaces in the hotel room before leaving brussels and wrote in to the hotel which replied promptly that they have found it and will arrange for the courier of my necklace to my home country. Really appreciate their help. The only downside is that they didnt provide indoor slippers. It costs 5 euros for a pair.

Check-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

The room was pretty good and super close to the train station, which was convenient. There were plenty of staff members, and they responded quite quickly. The room was also quite spacious, I forgot to take pictures. The bed was a bit soft, just for reference.

wuchuanTLDR: Poorly staffed hotel albeit a great location
Room was left half cleaned (towel not changed, even with a sponge left in the toilet) . Hotel location is great accessible through the train station itself at Exit 2. But the room was extremely warm. Front desk did not pick up the call from the room so had to go down multiple times to try to get the room to be colder. In the end, staff only could say they will send someone up but never did. Only people that work the night shift are the front desk staff so they are understandably busy.
Regrettable that this experience did not match the standard of Pullman at other countries as well as the price of the room. Would not really recommend this hotel unless location is a high priority.

LiuliudadahuanglaoxieThe airport hotel offers a pickup service, and the staff member who helped with my luggage was great! The location is right by the airport, only 5 minutes away! Right outside is the Diegem train station, making it convenient to go anywhere! The soundproofing is excellent, I couldn't hear a thing! The hotel facilities are good, the front desk service is friendly, the gym is in the basement, and the breakfast is plentiful. My only suggestion would be for rooms to also provide bottled water. Overall, highly recommended!!

The hotel is conveniently located near a metro station, making transportation very easy. The front desk staff were enthusiastic and had a great attitude. The room was spacious, but the air conditioning was a bit noisy. As for breakfast... it was very mediocre, and the breakfast staff seemed quite impatient.

The location is good, walking distance to most of the attractions in the city. The staffs are helpful and guided us through the transportation, and other cities that we can explore during our stay at Belgium.

This was by far the worst hotel experience we've ever had. The hotel has no reception and, to this moment, has not provided any check-in instructions. We arrived in the evening around 8pm, after an international flight, with our 3-year-old child—only to find ourselves locked out, unable to access the building. No instructions had been sent whatsoever.
Thankfully, some other hotel guests happened to arrive and kindly let us into the hallway. We tried calling the emergency number provided, but it only offered an automated message saying replies would take up to 24 hours—by which time we would already have left.
We couldn’t access our room key until another guest, using her own instructions and code, managed to open the key safe and retrieve our key for us. Absolute nightmare.
The room itself was ok—equipped with a fridge, some basic glassware, and a small TV. However, there was no coffee provided, so we had to purchase our own. Only two small bath towels were provided.
