Amazing
GGuest UserMy stay at this hotel was absolutely terrible. After checking in and leaving my luggage in the room, I went out shopping. Two hours later, I got a message from my colleague, who had also booked a room here: the front desk had given her my room card and let her enter my room—we had clearly reserved two separate rooms. This incident made me seriously doubt the hotel’s ability to protect guests’ property safety. It turned out that the front desk had confused us because our names are similar. What’s worse, I didn’t receive any apology from the hotel. When I returned in the evening, the front desk staff was extremely arrogant, claiming it was a coworker’s mistake and had nothing to do with him, and even said the matter was already resolved and I shouldn’t make a fuss about it. In short, this is a hotel that offers no guarantee whatsoever for guests’ safety.

Amazing
GGuest UserOn Trip.com, the 'Lily Room' was shown to have a bathtub in the bathroom, which was one of the reasons we chose this room, despite the higher price. However, when we checked in, the hotel offered us a room with no bathtub.
The hotel is clean overall. The hotel lobby floor needs polishing. It looks very dull. The hotel's décor and furniture, such as the wardrobe, looks very commercial and not at all high-end. We also found that the hand wash and shower gel were in Aesop bottles, but were not actually Aesop products (we recognised this because we use the same products at home and they smell completely different). It is disappointing to experience this in a four-star hotel. It is not a five-star hotel – there is no doorman. The cleaner started vacuuming the corridor at 8:30 am.
Overall, we were disappointed and don't think the price was worth it.

Great
KKayshaboshhhIt was okay, the front desk weren’t the most helpful. Upon arrival I was told to pay a €50 deposit which could only be paid on a credit card or cash. When I then said I’ll have to go find somewhere to withdraw money I was told I can now use my debit card. Upon leaving they wouldn’t give me my deposit back via card and insisted on cash despite explaining I was leaving the country to which the front desk attendant said I can’t claim I wasn’t given a refund which felt like a motivated statement.
The room was okay, however the heating didn’t work properly and during a cold winter it wasn’t nice. There was a view from outside the window but not as nice as the booking page displayed it.
Overall it was a fine hotel to stay at for one night however I would not be inclined to stay longer, next time I travel I will make note to avoid it.
เเที่ยวจนลูกบ่น✅ Booked a family room for 3 people, stayed for 1 night. The room was great, just the right size for the three of us. It came fully equipped with a fridge, safe, hairdryer, coffee set, and one bottle of water. It was very convenient, especially since the toilet was separate from the shower area – I really loved that feature!
✅ The staff provided excellent service. We arrived before check-in time, but they found an available room for us so we could check-in early. They welcomed us with a bright and cheerful smile.
✔️✔️ The only downside of this hotel is its location right by a noisy road. At night, the sound of cars and people talking was very loud, making it difficult to sleep at times because I kept getting startled awake.

Great
FFazian, MalaysiaI really feel good and love staying at Novotel Grand Place,Brussels. Belgium was the first stop on my trip this time. The warm welcome from the Novotel staff made me feel safe and happy. The room was clean and comfortable—though not very big for the four of us, it was still spacious and well-arranged, with the added bonus of a bathtub. Breakfast was great, and I was pleasantly surprised to find a ‘Halal Food’ section, which made it easier for us as Muslims to enjoy the meal. A recommended hotel—I would definitely stay here again in the future.

Very Good
KKate ThomCheck-in is 3pm and we arrived at 3pm but the room was only ready at almost 4pm. The story was that it was cleaned already but ”awaiting inspection”. We were handed 2 bar coupons with a blithe apology in rapid fire French for our 50 min wait.
The vacuuming in the room left much to be desired. When we got into the room on the 1st day, there was a pistachio at the side of the bed. My sister's dust allergy was triggered throughout our 4 day stay.
When we opted for housekeeping on the 3rd of the 4 days we stayed, the same pistachio remained there after the cleaning staff were done. Towels and bed linens were refreshed but the coffee/tea and bathroom amenities were not.
If you choose the Deluxe twin room like we did, please note that the room is 24 metre square and there is only room to open up one medium sized suitcase on the ground. Our other suitcase had to be accessed via the wardrobe which was spacious enough to keep the 2nd suitcase in.
Location wise, it's ideal and a stone's throw from Grand Place - the historic city centre, and many shops and good brasseries. It's a 10 min uphill walk from the hotel to the nearest train station called Brussel Centraal / Bruxelles-Midi which will bring you straight to the Brussels Airport in 17 min on the direct train (1st class carriage €12.10).
The buffet breakfast is plentiful and of good quality (with eggs cooked to order) in a nice space with a courtyard view crewed by pleasant staff fluent in English.
The bar has a relaxing ambience with an outdoor view and affordable drinks. My guide is always how much the increasingly rare digestif liqueur Chartreuse Verte costs. It was €14 per pour. Note : You get a free coupon for a soft drink/coffee/beer/wine if you pass up on room cleaning. If you have a short stay, you should as there wasn't much cleaning done.

EEddie Tan Kok MengEverything was great except for the lady at the bar counter of Baron Bar on the first floor who I think was ******. While waiting to check in, need to use the bathroom, was inform by the receptionist of the code to use the bathroom but the lady at the bar counter refused to let us use the bathroom even knowing that we are the hotel guests.
GGuest UserThe hotel is nice it is conveniently next to the train station there is no shops or restaurant near So you have to go to the City or something If you want to do something the good thing Is that Hotel to the the good thing Is that Hotel to the airport every 30 minutes. The thing about the train is that it's only Departure one time per hour so you have to plan it a little bit. I wish the hotel could have water bottles in the room or something, also wish that they would have ironing Boards or something in the room. A must for business travelers
GGuest UserQuick and clear check in and check out.
The room was large, everything you need was available. Unfortunately, despite there being two televisions (1 in the living room and 1 in the bedroom), I was unable to get them to work at least in the evening, having traveled with a child who, upon returning from walks, would have happily relaxed by watching a cartoon on TV.
The large bathroom with soap, shower gel and shampoo available.
The kitchen was inadequate. However, the cutlery was not clean. Too bad.
The location is fabulous and despite being right in the center, absolute silence reigned during the night.
I would gladly return.

GGuest UserA more soulless hotel experience it is hard to imagine, but if all you want is an ample room in a central location, this might not be a bad option. Be clear: this is a self-service check-in/out hotel, and the strong smell of cleaning detergents was the closest I got to meeting anyone employed by the hotel. It's a strangely desolate experience, with decor attempting minimalism but just feeling like a part-dismantled and neglected film set. In fact, there was nothing exactly 'wrong' with it: but it makes me shudder just thinking of it.
