Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel location is unbeatable, whether you are travelling with family or even as a solo traveller.
Stayed here for 5 nights as base to travel in Begium.
Although there were reviews about homeless people sleeping and hanging around just outside the hotel entrance, the frequent police and security outside make it so much safer.
There is a carefour express just a few metres about and it opens from 0700-2300 so you get what you need very easily.
The staff are friendly and approachable. Because it’s an Aparthotel there is no daily housekeeping services but not an issue for us because we are out most of the time. There is also a water dispenser at the hotel lobby that you can replenish your drinking watersm, just need to bring your own bottle as the hotel do not provide any disposable bottles.
Overall, it’s a very convenient and rather safe place to stay.

GGuest UserThe hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed.
The sofa bed is very large and comfortable.
I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave.
There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big.
An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere.
Great restaurants just a few steps away.
All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good .

GGuest UserDue to transit at Abu Dhabi, out of safety concerned of the unstable war situation, my flight is canceled and I did not travel. Can only comment on experience with hotel and trip.com on the refund situation. As the booking is non refundable thus they strictly follow and refused to refund. Initially I emailed hotel no response from them. Later on I communicated via trip.com then they responded.
As need to give rating then can write comments thus my ratings does not reflect my situation at all.

CcalywenaSo close but not so far from the old town or maybe the attractions which is good, if you’re staying inside around the grand palace, it may get noisy so this place is really in a good place so location is very strategic 😘 From the train station (Midi Station), 2 stops away and you can walk to the hotel easily 🫶🏻 This hotel is kinda old so it gives off the old vibes but you got what you need and breakfast is good 😄 everybody is so welcoming ~ if you’re in a budget and still want a good hotel to stay, here is the place 👍🏻 thank you 🫰🏻

AAngelWong2010This room in a European city center was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and spotless. Breakfast, at 17.5 euros per person, offered a fantastic spread including ham, cheese, fruits, vegetables, yogurt, milk, coffee, juice, bread, tea, and scrambled eggs – all very fresh, allowing for a leisurely start to the day. The reception area is small and shares space with the restaurant, but check-in was quick. While official check-in is at 3 PM, they allowed us to check in at 2 PM. Luggage storage is available, and the front desk also provides complimentary tea and candies, plus a self-service vending machine for snacks and drinks. The location is superb, with all the main attractions within easy walking distance, and the area feels very safe. Housekeeping doesn't come daily, so I brought my own trash bags to collect rubbish, which I could then dispose of in the large refuse room on the ground floor. There's also a spacious restroom on the ground floor, which was convenient for changing clothes and sorting out luggage before checking in.
GGuest UserHotel is in good location just 6 min walk from Brussels Zuid /Midi station and directly opposite tram stop making it a good base to stay for daily day excursions. Rooms were spacious but has very basic amenities like shower gel, shampoo and hand soap with tea and coffee facility. Drinking water station is in the lobby. No fridge or safe in the room and pillows too soft with no neck support. Reception staff service level can be improved. Good location made up for lack of amenities and service.
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is in a very central location, and you can walk to many places. However, the walls are a bit thin, and the windows aren't well-insulated, so you could hear a lot of noise. We had a room with two single beds, which were quite narrow and not very comfortable. On the positive side, the room was thoroughly cleaned, and the front desk service was very professional and friendly. What's really missing is a small fridge in the room, and the air conditioning wasn't working properly, which could be an issue in the summer. The bathroom was also very small and narrow, but it was clean. If you're looking for an affordable hotel in a very central location, this place is a good option.

DDrOBYThe room was spacious enough, with a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk from Munthof Metro station and the Louise area.
The lift is quite small, fitting only 3–4 people without luggage, which can lead to longer waits during busy times. Breakfast was enjoyable and well-prepared.
On the downside, the large sofa bed takes up unnecessary space, and the absence of a fridge is noticeable. Iron and ironing board provided upon requestt.
The writing desk feels cluttered with tea-making facilities, a tablet, and a tissue box, leaving limited room for using a laptop.
Overall, a pleasant stay with good comfort and location, though a few design choices could be improved.
QQinglingquanI was in Brussels for a conference, staying a total of 5 nights for both work and leisure. The room rate averaged out to 1000 per night. The hotel's location is excellent, right near Rogier metro station and very close to Gare du Nord (North Station), though due to safety concerns, taking the metro is recommended. It's about a 20-minute walk to Grand Place and other attractions. Honestly, the room wasn't new, but it was exceptionally clean, and the window view was nice. My only complaint is the constant sirens from police cars and ambulances on Botanique street, which were quite loud. The overall service attitude at the hotel was great. I left something behind when I checked out and came back to look for it; they diligently helped me search, and I eventually found it. A hotel can significantly improve one's impression of a city, and my very positive impression of Brussels is largely thanks to this hotel.

NnursewandererI arrived early and was fortunately allowed to check in ahead of time. The check-in process was fine overall, and although the hotel felt a bit like a maze, I was given directions to my room. The lift was very small and quite old, so I chose not to use it again afterward.
The hotel interior was beautiful and matched the Moroccan-inspired vibe shown online. Even the hallway had a pleasant smell, which added to the atmosphere. However, my room was located in the basement and required going down a few small stairs. It was a bit dark and honestly felt slightly unsettling at times. The lighting inside the room was also quite dim.
The room appeared clean, although there was a woody smell and the linens seemed a little damp, or at least smelled that way. On the positive side, the toilet was clean and had all the expected amenities, and the shower was excellent with hot water warming up quickly.
I also appreciated being allowed to leave my bag after checkout, although I was simply told to leave it in the corner. The staff and owner were friendly throughout my stay, and I was even offered to use the toilet when I returned later to collect my luggage, which was thoughtful.
The highlight of the hotel is definitely its excellent location, with close proximity to both the Grand Place and the train station.
