GGuest UserThe hotel's location is excellent, right on a lively pedestrian commercial street near the Grand Place, with plenty of dining options and supermarkets. The apartment comes with cooking facilities, and directly across the street is a Carrefour supermarket that is very well-stocked. The apartment's hardware is great and the environment is lovely, but housekeeping only comes every three days. Also, you need to shower early in the afternoon to get hot water, as the temperature drops later in the evening. Other than that, everything else is really good.

IImpedanc3Hotel is located nearby Bruxelles Central station. It has 2 lifts as well, room was big and beds were comfortable. There were 2 toilets in the room, one with a bathtub and one without. However the water pressure in the room with the tub is not that good.

AAndrea SamuelsThis hotel was on point, I loved the size of the room, the size of the bed, & the en suite was clean and everything was modern. I would definitely recommend it and would definitely stay here again..
I did feel there needs to be clearer instructions on how to turn up the heating and warm the room up.....
Other than that it was well worth the money.

PPatty71Very convenient. In the city. Just walk from the hotel ,you can see the many shop. Chocolate shop, waffle shop, fried shop, restaurants. Staff very friendly. Breakfast not much choice and they set for us 2-3 sets. The room was so clean but elevator looked old.I am happy to stay there.

GGuest UserI really enjoyed my stay, the staff is very kind and helpful. Location is great and my room was very cosy, well equiped and quiate. So, it was perfectly balanced for my work and rest during a short business trip. I will definitely come again and recommend it to my colleagues. Great value for money!

GGuest UserThe hotel really surprised us! The family room was spacious we only used the sofa bed because it was larger, and our son sleeps with us in the same bed.
The sofa bed is very large and comfortable.
I didn't know the room would have a full kitchen, but it does - stove, fridge, cabinets, and microwave.
There's also a round table with four chairs, and it's quite big.
An excellent TV with local channels, YouTube, and Netflix. The location is wonderful - we didn't use the car at all, we walked everywhere.
Great restaurants just a few steps away.
All in all, this will always be our hotel whenever we go to Belgium. The hotel does not have car parking but has nearby private car parking and costs only 26 euros per day .car parking large and good .

GGuest UserThe hotel was great. It is well reachable from the train station and you get to the city center in 30 minutes by foot. The room is quite spacious and the bed is really comfy. The only real downsides are the small elevator and that Netflix did not work on the TV. But overall great stay and would book it again!

GGuest UserVery nice location, everything is nearby. Room was clean, but a bit small.
Unfortunately heating is not great, because it uses AC unit which shut downs unexpectedly. Consequently it was cold when we entered and the heating also turned off during the night, making it cold in the morning. Tea and coffee in the room would be appreciated.

GGuest UserI stayed here and the bathroom and bed weren't bad. It's kind of like a business hotel? I chose this place because I felt Brussels was better for an overnight stay than a day trip. The location is really great. There are Asian markets and vintage markets nearby (where I found some great stuff)!! Good, good!

LLulubell2006Hotel Mozart is in an excellent location, just a one-minute walk from Grand Place, which is ideal for sightseeing and exploring the centre of Brussels on foot. Being so close to restaurants, shops, and attractions is definitely the hotel’s biggest advantage.
The room was quite small, which may feel a bit cramped, especially if you have luggage. Breakfast is provided but is left out already prepared and can sit out for up to two hours, which may not be to everyone’s taste.
That said, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, and the owner is nice and approachable. However, he did come across as slightly unprofessional at times, as I saw him on a few occasions wearing a dressing gown.
Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay if location is your priority and you don’t mind a few quirks.
