"It is very close to the conference center and there are many buses going here. There is a coop and many restaurants nearby. It was the peak time for conferences and I placed two reservations for a three-night stay. The staff was very considerate and made it three consecutive nights without having to check in and out repeatedly. The staff are very warm and friendly. I will choose here again next time I come to Basel."

This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE.

Guest UserThis hotel follows the standard hotel model, with spacious rooms equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, and disposable slippers, just like hotels in China. The rooms are cleaned daily, and the service is excellent. The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the train station via tram lines 2 and 11. You can also catch a tram right outside the hotel to reach the Town Hall, Old Bridge, market, and art museum. There's a Coop supermarket downstairs, making shopping very convenient. I'd definitely consider staying at Pullman Basel Europe again if I have the chance!

JIANGLIThe room was spacious, the design was comfortable and there was a free Minibar. Breakfast was well prepared and the staff was friendly. Located in the center, there would be a little party music at night.

Anna801Basel is very small, just a 15-minute walk from the city center. This hotel is located on the edge of the city center, making it especially convenient for walking and public transportation. There is a beautiful lady at the front desk, gentle and polite. The room size is probably okay in Europe. Although the facilities are not new, they are very clean. There are capsule coffee in the room and the toiletries are provided by L'Occitane. The hotel is across the road from the Rhine, and there is a street behind the hotel similar to the bustling weekend market.

Self-check-in, no customer service at night. For the convenience of business trips, the overall is average, nothing special.

Breakfast is available if requested, but it is very easy to use the fully equipped kitchen which is mostly used quite well by the guests.
Access by lift is available.
The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space.
The site is very near to public transport which is
convenient.
In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby.
Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.

Pros:
✔ Clean, high-quality bed linen and towels.
Cons:
❌ The apartment reeked of cigarette smoke, it seems previous guests smoked everywhere, despite strict no-smoking policy. This was very unpleasant.

The hotel was generally better than it was on the pictures it was very cool. It was a hard contact with the hotel owner because we didn't get access to BaselCard. The room is generally very clean and large and I am as happy as possible but the contact and the fact that you can enter and you have to leave without any concessions is not the best.
