Saint Moritz Hotels with Balcony

We had a pleasant surprise with an upgrade to a bigger room from our booking as it is our wedding anniversary. Room was decorated beautifully. Hotel also offered complimentary pick up and drop off service from/to the train station. Minibar is complimentary with beer, coke, lemonade, soda, peanuts and chocolates. Free cable car passes were also provided. Very heart warming stay.

I have stayed at the Hauserhotel several times over the past 5 years and it continues to be one of the best mid range hotels in Switzerland. The welcome, the location, the comfort are all superb and I recommend anyone coming to St Moritz to come and stay here. It is that simple, you will not be disappointed and only impressed. Last week, our team had the pleasure of experiencing a team-building retreat at the beautiful Hotel Cervus in St. Moritz, Switzerland. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the breathtaking views and the staff's warm hospitality. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a luxurious stay in the picturesque Swiss Alps. The hotel manager, Ms. Simone Müller was incredibly nice, friendly, and understanding. She ensured that our stay was smooth and attended to all our needs with great attention to detail. Furthermore, when we encountered an unexpected last-minute cancellation, Ms. Müller was very accommodating and kindly waived the cancellation fee, which was highly appreciated. The hotel's swimming pool, sauna, and steam bath were among the major factors that drew us to stay at Hotel Cervus. These facilities proved exceptional and provided an excellent way to unwind and bond as a team after our busy days. Our rooms at the hotel were stunning. They were spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully decorated with tasteful decors. The well-equipped amenities in every room made our stay even more comfortable. It's no exaggeration to say that these were some of the most beautiful rooms we have ever experienced in Switzerland. During our overnight stay, we were treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning, featuring freshly made croissants and eggs cooked to order. The walls are thick and there is no sound in the next room at all, and the restaurant next door is so I heard a little music, but I don't care. It was hard to get off the bus from the station and get to this hotel because the slope was hard in San Moritz. Since Google Maps taught me the road with stairs, it is difficult to climb from the stop, so I think it is better to use the sidewalk along the road. It is relatively beautiful if the hotel has been renewed. I'm a little wondering who's the hobby of the interior of the wall?

We spent four wonderful days at the Europa. The rooms are clean, comfortable and large. I did need to turn off the heating and tilt open the window at night. The staff are amazing, fun and really made our reunion memorable. Most, if not all, speak, German, French, Italian and English. The meals at La Vita and Steak & More were delicious and creative. I definitely will be back for a winter skiing break.

Just finished a WONDERFUL vacation at the Kulm hotel!!!We had a junior suite overlooking the lake. As an interior designer I can tell you the suite was done beautifully!!. It was spacious, gorgeously done, and very comfortable. The service in the hotel was beyond wonderful. We can truly say they were there to attend to every request. We were on half board so had breakfast and dinner in the main dinning room. They made sure that we had whatever we requested!!! Menu or no menu we were given whatever we wanted.The concierge was so helpful. We wanted two send bags ahead to Zurich which is a challenge on a weekend but he made sure it happened without difficulty. Truly a relaxing and delightful time!!! We can't wait to return!

Very convenient location with bus ride to different parts of town. Has hotel car for free to take you from and to station. Lovely ski lodge theme room. Very nice hearing. Breakfast was standard, could see it snowing outside
