"What a pleasant surprise! This short stay far exceeded my expectations.
The receptionist was incredibly attentive, checking me in quickly and always with a smile, making me feel welcome from the moment I entered. The hostel's location was also very convenient, in a quiet area, so I didn't have to worry about being disturbed.
The room, though small, was spotless and tidy, with comfortable bedding and impeccable hygiene; there wasn't a speck of dust on the floor even when I walked barefoot. The overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing, perfect for someone like me who wanted a peaceful place to rest for a day or two.
The staff were all very friendly, and I could tell they genuinely cared about their guests. This stay was extremely pleasant, and I highly recommend it to anyone needing a short ”recharge.” I'll definitely be back!"

"Overall, it was okay. The hotel is very close to Liuxing Street, a great location. The rooms were clean and hygienic.
The shower needs repair; only the edges have water, the center is clogged…
When we checked in, the front desk told us that if we ran out of bottled water in the room, we could get more from the water dispenser in the elevator. We were completely confused… Luckily, when we called to request water, the front desk delivered it.
The breakfast was indeed not very good; I recommend eating out…"

GGuest UserI lived here in early February. At first, I made a reservation for two nights, but we liked it so much that we stayed here for two more days. The hotel is located near Lyusin Street, where New Year's Eve events took place in February. There is also a bus station five minutes away by taxi, which I came to from Kazakhstan.
The room itself is decorated in cozy, warm colors and in a national style. The mattresses and pillows are very soft, and there is also a blanket for the bed, which is rare in China. There is also a tatami mat where you can have breakfast or do yoga, overlooking the street. The rooms are constantly cleaned and kept clean throughout the hotel. I would like to separately praise the reception and kitchen staff. The reception staff was always ready to help with any problems or suggest how to get to the sights. The kitchen staff, if you didn't have time to have breakfast or wanted to sleep longer, will let you pick up food in a container and then heat it in the microwave.
So far, this is the best hotel in all of China.

GGuest UserFrom the first moment, i had such an excellent time at Blue Dove. I chose the place for the incredible design of the place, the location within Kazankh ancient town, and the reference to Doves... I left with so much more! The owner and her husband were so helpful and brought ice coffees for me and my dad when we arrived, which was so welcome. They had local treats and fruit to try and a wonderful sense of community. They helped us arrange a driver to Qionkushtai and packed us a breakfast to go, with coffee :) Every detail has been carefully considered and it was a joy to stay at Blue Dove. I consider owner Wen to be my friend and look forward to visiting again. I highly recommend!

GGuest UserGreat value for money! The environment is extraordinary, like entering a secret garden, and you will feel relaxed physically and mentally as soon as you move in. The room is clean and tidy, with complete facilities. The owner is warm and hospitable and helps plan travel routes. Having stayed in so many B&Bs, this one really stands out! Good location, close to surrounding attractions and food. The room is decorated in style and full of details, and you can see that a lot of thought has gone into it. The service is impeccable, the staff are always available and responsive. It was a very comfortable stay, highly recommended!

Once again, I'm amazed! The room and the guesthouse environment are truly, truly beautiful! 🤩
**Cleanliness**: Very clean. I almost felt bad walking on the carpet with my shoes on.
**Service**: Every staff member at the guesthouse was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic. ❤️ They insisted on helping with our luggage.
Since it wasn't peak season when we visited, and rooms weren't in high demand, the owner allowed us a late check-out.
What's most worth mentioning is the breakfast 🥣. It came in small portions, and the owner said it was local food made by their neighbor (the jam and small sausages were excellent! 👍).
**Double ethnic costume experience**: I forgot to try this out. 😬 That's also because we arrived too late.

It's spotlessly clean, with no strange odors or stains, making for a truly reassuring and comfortable stay. The decor is simple yet cozy, and the room was very quiet, ensuring an excellent night's sleep.
The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, and the value for money is outstanding. The location is super convenient, being very close to both the train station and the airport, which makes getting around incredibly easy.
What's most thoughtful is that the room even came with a foot bath! After a long day of traveling, soaking my feet helped me completely relax and get a comfortable night's sleep until morning. The attention to detail is truly impressive!
With attentive service, a comfortable environment, and great value, I highly recommend this place for both business trips and leisure travel. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

GGuest UserIt was my second time staying here, the place is beautiful and I met so many nice girls who I ended up hanging out with while I was in Yining. The Kazanqi area around the hostel is lovely, walking distance from great restaurants and shops. I was able to put things I the fridge and freezer and use the kitchen at the hostel. The courtyard and balcony are such nice places to sit and do work or eat there was also a puppy which was so cute!! The rooms were clean and comfortable, with cute decor and the toilet/shower room in the room is modern and clean. I definitely recommend!

The hotel has a washing machine for laundry, and the staff even provided laundry detergent and hangers. The location is easy to find, right at the intersection of the main road in Liuxing Street.
