NNBnightLocated next to Liuxing Street, it's about a 7-minute walk away, and roughly the same distance to Global Harbor. This makes it incredibly convenient for dining, accommodation, and shopping. Plus, there's free parking right outside the door.
The room itself was cozy and comfortable, the environment was great and clean. There's an entertainment room, and a laundry room with a drying area on the top floor, making it perfect for family trips! Breakfast is also included, and they even offer free airport pick-up or drop-off.

GGuest UserWe stayed twice at this wonderful, relaxing amd very clean boutique bed and breakfast. Both my kids loved the place. The advantages of Ser Villa are in the amazing service, convenient location in Kizanqi town quite close to many popular areas, and wonderful atmosphere. We specifically requested a smaller space - our family of four (2 adults, 2 kids - 8 year old and 12 year old) were quite comfortable with three large mattresses on a raised dais - although we were offered an upgrade, we preferred a smaller space.
We really enjoyed the atmosphere and the homey feel of the small courtyard where you can take in a leisurely breakfast. Boss Momo was an incredibly helpful and generous resource despite language barriers. The laundry service was so necessary for us and my children loved getting the 1 RMB icecream/popsicles.
Of the many places we stayed, Ser Villa was one of the most memorable and relaxed. Momo was so accomodating to our needs - medicine refrigeration, helping us order food and transport and having lived in the GCC the shataaf in the bathroom was a welcome surprise. My daughter and son said it was a TEN and they are not easy to please.

GGuest UserThis was a great place to stay in Yinning. It's where we 1st went after we landed in Xinjiang and we liked the place so much that we decided to change our plan and stay there again before leaving. The place is a bit far from the centre of town, but we rented a car and there is parking by the homestay. The staff is very friendly and super helpful to give us some tips on good restaurants to go to in Yinning. We rented Alina's Home and the room was very clean and cozy. Breakfast was also very good. Overall the place is quiet and very relaxing. Would definitely recommend to stay there.

WWojiushinagedaxiaojieBoth the owner and the front desk staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. I found their courtyard on Xiaohongshu (Little Red Book) and loved it, so I decided to visit without high expectations. However, I ended up meeting so many like-minded girls at the hostel and we teamed up for several excursions – it was a delightful surprise for my long-term stay! Their beds are super comfortable, and the bedding is very clean. Entry and exit are secured by keypads, as are the lockers. The common areas offer KTV for singing, a mahjong machine, and plenty of board games to enjoy. Getting around is also very convenient; you can flag down a taxi or use Didi right outside, or walk a couple hundred meters to catch a bus.

GGuest UserIt's a B&B, not a hotel. I booked a tatami room. There was a cute little cat at the entrance. Parking is available at the entrance, and it's very close to Liuxing Street by taxi. There's a roasted whole lamb restaurant on Liuxing Street that's quite delicious. Overall, it's not bad, but I wouldn't recommend it to people who have high expectations for hotels.

GGuest UserThis homestay experience was really great! As soon as I entered the room, I was attracted by the warm decoration. The sheets have a light fragrance and are super comfortable to sleep on. The room is fully equipped with all kinds of facilities, which is very considerate. The landlord was warm and thoughtful. He patiently introduced us to interesting places in the surrounding area and helped us plan the itinerary, which saved us a lot of detours. Here, you feel as comfortable as at home. The location is also amazing. It is right in the Kazanchi scenic area, making travel very convenient. There are also many specialty snack shops and convenience stores around, which gives it a strong sense of life.
The room and the yard also have ethnic characteristics, which are particularly nice for taking photos. The landlord’s care can be seen in every detail. The room is spacious, bright and stylishly decorated. I had a great time living here. I will come here often and recommend it to my friends!
I will stay here again next time I come. I highly recommend it to everyone!

SSuzyIrelandCould not recommend this hostel enough! The owner and staff were extraordinary kindhearted and went above and beyond to show us their hospitality and culture. It was our first day in china and they introduced us to their local cuisine and helped us get accustomed to the place, showing us around the beautiful town centre. The rooms themselves were lovely and heated with spacious beds that had privacy via a well fitted curtain. I slept for 12 hours in total, they were so comfortable! This was also due to the late check out of 2 o clock, a definite plus! The hostel was very well equipped with a kitchen, washing machine, decorated communal area and a beautiful glass library room with lots of books. This room was one of my favourites with lots of natural light and lovely heat for a cold march! The hostel was well situated with a convenience store a few meters walk and tourist attractions nearby! I’d really recommend to all travellers especially those whose first time it is in china! Yining and this hostel and staff offer so much!

GGuest UserThe hotel environment is elegant and comfortable, and the transportation is convenient. I just happened to be on a business trip to Yining. When I entered the room, I saw two large beds of 1.5 to 2 meters. The main thing is that the house is clean and tidy. The mattress is a latex mattress, which is very rare. Some hotels use latex mattresses, which are extremely comfortable and improve your sleep quality. They also provide free airport drop-off service!

The bedding is quite clean, and pillowcases and quilt covers are given out when you enter the door.
It is more reassuring to put them up by yourself.
The boss is a successful person, quite generous.

ZZhizidelvxingyoujiFacilities: A new homestay opened only last year. The rooms are equipped with air conditioners, humidifiers, etc., and everything is complete.
Hygiene: The cleaning and breakfast are done by the mother of the homestay owner. They are very clean. It is not the peak season yet, and they have just started business. In the past two days, I saw the aunt busy cleaning up in every room.
Environment: The landlord himself is a garden designer. The overall style of the house is very strong in the style of folk houses. You can feel a great feeling when you enter the gate of the yard.
Service: Breakfast is made every day, and you eat in the yard when you get up. The aunt and the owner of the homestay are also very easy-going.
National costume experience (no shooting): There are many clothes, and the skirt of Adles is very beautiful. 🈶 The matching belt, accessories, headdress, and equipment are good for filming.
Surroundings: The surroundings are all ethnic minorities. In the Kazanqi scenic area, you don’t need to check in at the north gate. There are all beautiful and sparsely populated characteristic houses here. There are also fruit shops, naan shops, etc. in front of the door. Walking in the alley feels like a stranger. It’s a wonderful experience. A large portion of mutton dumplings costs 14 yuan, and a cup of freshly squeezed mango juice costs 6 yuan.
