"The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Cairo train station, which was perfect for me as I arrived by train from Alexandria. Because of its convenient location, many Chinese guests stay here, and I even met some fellow Chinese travelers during breakfast, including a kind owner from Zhejiang!
Lubna at the front desk has excellent English and was incredibly helpful! She provided a lot of assistance, printed documents for me for free, and offered travel guidance.
The hotel has been recently renovated, is very clean, and tastefully decorated! The room wasn't huge, but it was perfectly adequate for just me. The room rate was very affordable, and breakfast was included!
The elevator is a bit old and small, and it doesn't stop on the same floor as the room, so you have to walk half a flight of stairs after getting out. However, there's always someone to help you with your luggage if you offer a small tip."

"Great Stay Near Pyramids!
I had a solid stay here. The hotel is clean and the hot water is excellent. The view of the Pyramids from the terrace is absolutely stunning, and it’s very close to the Grand Egyptian Museum.
A few things to note:
Amenities: There is no kettle and no hairdryer in the room.
Pyramid Access: The entrance next to the Marriott is closed. You have to use the Sphinx entrance. I recommend taking a taxi there as the walk is very dirty.
Transport: Use InDrive. Avoid Uber or Careem here as they try to scam a lot.
Food: Visit Zeeryara Pyramids Elite (3 min walk). It’s a bit pricey for Egypt, but the food is perfect.
Overall, a great spot for the price and the views!"

I needed to stay here for a business trip. The good points are the consistently high quality of the St. Regis rooms, the abundant breakfast, and I loved the swimming pool.
The downside is the location. The new capital city is so new; the nearest shopping mall is a 30-minute drive away, and because it's so new, even ride-hailing services are hard to find. The hotel only has two restaurants.

This Marriott hotel is located in Cairo Airport's Terminal 3, which is incredibly convenient. It's only a five-minute walk from the hotel to the airport via a dedicated elevator and skywalk. We arrived much earlier than our check-in time, but they were able to accommodate us without any extra charge. The staff in the lobby were all very friendly and helpful, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff available!

Everything was great – excellent service and a beautiful hotel, easily one of the best in Cairo. The only issue was the room was too cold; the AC only blew cold air, making it chillier and chillier, especially on a cool day.

The room had an access to the pool directly which is nice. Only bad thing was people smoke all over the hotel making it so unpleasant. Everywhere in the world, people are not allowed to smoke inside hotels.
So clearly not for people who have wheezing or asthma. Management should seriously look into this. Other than that all staff were very nice. Ashraqqat and also bfast staff are all very nice. Excellent bfast.

We stayed here for two nights on two separate bookings, We had requested on the first day of check-in to join the beds, but they had not done it on the first day, and neither on the second day. They came and handled it at 8:30pm on the second night. The TV was not working on the first night and they told me they would let the IT department fix it on the second day, but that did not happen either. When we were leaving for our day out on the second day, we told the reception to handle everything while we are away, I guess they completely forgot.

RaypanDon't go in winter if there's no heating; it was 10 degrees outside and 15 degrees inside. During my two-day stay, the first day the warm water was around 40 degrees. On the second day, after I kept urging them, they finally fixed it to just warm enough, but still not hot water. The decor looks like it's 15 years old. I came here because it said it opened in 2019. The service was indeed good, so I can't give a bad review for that. However, I spent two and a half hours over two days waiting for repairs and service. In summary, it's a five-star hotel with three-and-a-half-star facilities.

H manassibThe service was okay the stuff were all helpful and polite The whole Building needed taking care of from the entrance of the building to the lift is so dirty and very old and rusty then when you get into the studio it’s nice and decorated but very dusty, three days I had blockage of drains in the shower room. I had no hot water. Tv does not work doesn’t matter how many times you called them to fix it. It does not work believe that trip.com need to check the whole building not just the rooms the balcony was very dusty. I had to ask them to come and clean it. You can’t sit in there and relax too noisy because of so much traffic the only time I enjoyed myself is to go out of the Property. I only come and sleep..

Guest UserThe staff of this hotel was not good, At about 8 PM in the evening, the hotel front desk staff called the room and said that the hotel we booked only allows one person to stay. If two people stay, they need to add an additional fee of 70 US dollars. Very unlogic, so I leave my friend and I booked another hotel.but the facilities and environment is good .only their service is bad
