The location is incredibly convenient. It's only a few minutes' walk to the train station, and even closer to the Roman Baths and the Abbey – just a three-minute stroll. The breakfast was excellent, and the service was great too.

Strategic location. The equipment is extremely complete.

Guest UserIt’s a little bit far from the city center, and without a car you have to walk uphill. Also, there was some renovation work going on at the hotel in early March, so we were woken up by the noise. But the overall experience is great, very clean, the staff were very helpful.
The library and lounge were cozy and lovely.

Traditional local homestays, friends who want to experience British style can try. The front desk brother is very warm, there are maps and promotional pages at the entrance, the room is fully equipped, and coffee and biscuits are also provided. The downside is that the bed is too small ╮ (╯▽╰) ╭ My 1.68 normal height, my feet basically stick out, it is difficult to turn over and fall out of the bed 😂 Other cost-effective is very high!

GurenfengyuThe environment is good and the room is big enough. But knowing that there are four of us, there are only three beds, which is a bit inconvenient. The service is not good. When eating, you can hear all kinds of noises from the waiters, which is annoying. The plates fell on the floor twice. If there were no local guests next to me, I would have been too sensitive to think that they were showing off to our family. It is a pity that the service of such a good hotel is not as good as the hotel.
