Indore Hotels with Balcony

The Hotel is great and service of F&B and Housekeeping is superb. However the sore point is the Front Office Staff who probably are more like headless chickens running around all over the place. It seems that they don't have a proper shift handover. Even after giving clear instructions they were all goofy and confused at most times. They are operating with some chaos in that section. However the other members of the staff are attentive to the details, the staff at the Lounge in the 7th floor was impeccable and attentive and very hospitable. Even the housekeepers and concierge staff were super. Good buzzing place to stay while Indore!

We recently stayed at Radisson RED Indore hotel, and the level of service we experienced was truly outstanding. From the moment we arrived until the time we checked out, the entire team went above and beyond to look after us with genuine warmth and care. The staff here are absolute professionals, and a few specific teams deserve special recognition: The Reception Team: Our check-in and check-out processes were seamless. They welcomed us with radiant smiles, handled every request efficiently, and made us feel instantly valued as guests. Special mention: Tarun and Gunjan. The Restaurant Service Staff: Dining staff here was a highlight of our stay. The restaurant team was incredibly attentive, anticipating our needs before we even had to ask. Their impeccable service and dedication to creating a great dining experience did not go unnoticed. Special mention: Hemraj and Aditi. Housekeeping: Our room was kept absolutely immaculate throughout our stay. The housekeeping team's attention to detail, respect for our space, and thoroughness were top-notch. Special mention: Priyanka. It is rare to find a hotel where every single department operates at such a high standard of hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a flawless stay!

the stay is actually average. i rated it 'good' for the price that i booked it for. of you get a deal around then it's a good deal. mainly the linen was clean, mattress was comfortable and large. fan could work at all speeds and water heater, shower worked well. bathroom was absolutely clean. what i didn't like was - tv was absent, couldn't find ac remote (though it wasn't absolutely needed) main thing yes, the hotel is good. but where's honesty? let the customer review it for you!

Good cleaning, good food. But a regular inspection of light, fan will improve the quality of hotel. Fan of my room was slightly vibrate. May be bearing, bush worn. Regular inspection & immediate action will avoid any possible incident. It is just feedback for improvement. Overall hotel was good.

Nice and clean room. Food quality and varieties are good. Need some improvement in towels being provided.
