The hotel's French design creates an incredible atmosphere, and the public areas are luxurious and exquisite – perfect for snapping some great photos. The room was spacious and impeccably clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I slept soundly. BART at the front desk provided attentive and meticulous service, responding promptly to all my requests. The overall service was professional and polite. "The location is great; it's very convenient to catch a taxi right outside, and there are plenty of snack stalls and restaurants nearby, so you don't have to go far to find food in the evening. I checked in in the morning, and Shirley Lin handled it very quickly. The front desk staff was very easygoing and got me settled into my room after a quick rundown of the essentials. The first thing I noticed when I entered the room was how clean it was – no dust on the floor or tables, no damp smell in the bathroom, and the sink was sparkling. The bedding felt soft, and the pillow height was just right.
I rested in the room in the afternoon; the air conditioning was powerful and not too noisy, so I could comfortably take a nap. The hot water came out quickly and the pressure was stable, making for a really comfortable shower. The facilities aren't high-end, but everything works. The hallway was also tidy, and the common areas were well-maintained. When I had a small issue and contacted the staff, their response and resolution were prompt, without excessive formality. The actual experience was largely consistent with the description I saw, and it offers great value for money. It's suitable whether you're here for business or a short leisure trip."

"The hotel lobby is grand, featuring two Lingnan lion dances. Tiki from the lounge was wonderful; she greeted me even before check-in and thoughtfully explained where the charging stations were located. The room was well-equipped with a bathtub and TV, and all the amenities were complete! The environment was clean and tidy, ensuring an undisturbed rest. There were also plenty of seating options available in the hotel's public areas. The location is excellent, right next to the subway station, making it super convenient for concerts – just one stop away."

Guest UserThis time, I came to Foshan with a friend and chose to stay at the Crowne Plaza Foshan Nanhai. The entire stay was very satisfying, and I must especially commend Kitty from the staff!
When we communicated in advance, we hoped that my friend's room and mine would be on the same floor for convenience. Kitty was very patient and meticulously helped us coordinate room availability, successfully arranging us on the same floor, which solved our biggest request. Her service throughout was warm and attentive, responding quickly to any issues. She even thoughtfully prepared a small welcome gift for our check-in, which was a lovely touch and made us feel very warm.
The hotel lobby is grand, the rooms are clean, and the hardware facilities are up to standard. The thoughtful service made this reunion with my friend even more enjoyable. It truly lives up to the Crowne Plaza name, with excellent attention to detail in service. It's highly recommended, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit Foshan!

This time, I traveled with friends, and we communicated in advance hoping to get rooms on the same floor. Andy was incredibly helpful and managed to arrange everything beforehand. We were assigned to the same floor directly upon check-in, which was very convenient for socializing. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the overall environment was excellent, and the executive lounge experience was great. The staff were friendly, service responses were prompt, and attention to detail was excellent. In our free time, we could also explore the gym and children's play area; the facilities are comprehensive. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and will definitely choose this place again next time!

Guest UserMy first time staying at this Sheraton, and while it's not brand new, it offers great value for money. The room had a small balcony, and the location is excellent!
From the hotel, a taxi to Fengjian Water Town was about 46 RMB (a bit far), to Fisherman's Wharf was about 17 RMB, and it took only 9 minutes to get to Daliang Shunde Fisherman's Village for dim sum... As a stopover and resupply point, it's more than sufficient.
Big shout-out to Gavin Zhao Peilin at the front desk! He was incredibly helpful with his detailed recommendations; clearly, he's a local who knows all the best places to eat and drink.

Guest UserFantastic overall experience! The location is super convenient for getting around. The freshly made rice noodles in the morning were delicious, and the room was clean with no strange odors. Guest UserI stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!

Guest UserYunqi Hotel is amazing! The new Chinese Zen-inspired decor is incredibly elegant. The room was spotless, and the bedding was as soft as clouds. The service was thoughtful and attentive. It's a peaceful retreat in the midst of the hustle and bustle, guaranteeing a great night's sleep. I'll definitely stay here again next time!

SreejithmkHotel is good . But it is not a star rated hotel.
Receptionist said they have not acquired any star status.
Tried to order in Room dining from the listed menu. But no one answered the phone .called information desk, staff answered she doesn’t speak English and she would send a staff to the room to check. I have shown the printed menu and number to the staff who came to room , she could not explain what that for.
Later they delivered a fruit basket to my room as a goodwill gesture. Thank you hotel !
Breakfast was decent enough, rather it’s a good one.
Staff are good and helpful
Clean and neat rooms.

Guest UserI took my child out for Children's Day.
Facilities: To be honest, the play facilities are a bit old, but there are many food options inside, and the prices are cheaper than X-Long. We chose the stargazing room, and my child loved it, but I hope the cleanliness can be improved. Some hidden corners weren't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of dust in the room.
The hotel package included access to the amusement park, but many facilities required additional payment, which felt a bit like a rip-off. What I did enjoy was the swimming and hot springs. It feels like Changlu really wants to be a resort, but perhaps due to the current economic downturn, it hasn't been able to maintain itself well.
Overall, it was still an enjoyable trip. I hope Changlu improves!

I’d like to start by saying that the room was lovely and comfortable and the reception staff was accommodating and helpful.
That being said - I will not be returning to this hotel and I especially would not bring family here.
When I arrived there was a man screaming at the receptionist and knocking things off her desk. When he finally screamed loudly enough that security heard him the security guards came and talked with him for a few minutes and then THEY LEFT. It was just me, this extremely aggressive guy, and the tiny girl at reception. He immediately started knocking things down again.
Later that night, I heard the sounds of a woman sobbing, a man screaming and loud crashing noises in the room next to me. These sounds went on in increasing severity for half an hour. I was initially scared to leave because the man kept walking into the hallway and slamming the door as hard as he could over and over again. Eventually, I went down and tried to convince security there was a problem, and the security guard was just smirking and occasionally outright laughing. When I eventually convinced him and another security guard to come up to the room with me, they were talking in the elevator about how it was just a drunk guy and laughing about it. Once we got upstairs, they heard the shower running and said “it’s nothing,” with an I-told-you-so kind of look. The shouting picked up again after they left. They didn’t even knock!
I do not blame the hotel for having difficult customers. But I do fault them for their complete lack of awareness and consideration when addressing security concerns.
I didn’t feel safe in this hotel, though the room was very nice.
