"My overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel's environment is elegant and grand, and the internal facilities are well-maintained. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and convenient, and the concierge service was thoughtful and meticulous. I especially want to thank Nicole from Guest Relations in the lobby; she was warm and polite throughout, provided helpful travel guidance, and handled everything calmly and thoroughly. The room comfort was excellent, public areas were clean and refined, and the overall service was detail-oriented. It was a truly memorable stay."

"This hotel gives you a real 5 star experience without any issues and sometimes even goes beyond.
The rooms are very spacious with high ceiling, extremely clean with decent design, flawless furniture and the bed is just perfect. Breakfast is better than 5 stars with a never ending choice of all breakfast items you can think of and an unmatched service level. Additionally the hotel offers several in house restaurants, 2 chinese, german, thai and also 8 different, a bit cheaper food stalls right outside with outside seating. This big choice also exceeds other 5 star hotels and the quality is always very good. An additional big plus.
Also they earn extra points for environmental friendliness: big towels are replaced by choice. Just a hint: Please use water saving shower heads or a water flow reducer in the future.
A minor shortcoming was the shower sealing being dirty, just wiping does not help here. But as the hotel has collected so many plus points it would be simply unfair not to give the highest rating. I can definitely recommend this hotel and even for the high price, it is worth the money. Thank you for a wonderful and relaxing stay."

GGuest UserI genuinely recommend the InterContinental Foshan Poly, it truly deserves a thumbs up! The hotel is right by Qiandeng Lake, making it super convenient for getting around and sightseeing. The room was exceptionally clean, and overall, it offers great value for money. Andy and Nicole provided incredibly attentive service; they even proactively called before my check-in to confirm my needs. There's a kids' club and a gym, which was perfect for staying with children, and they even delivered a complimentary sweet soup every evening. When a minor issue came up, it was addressed very quickly after I reported it. They really care about their guests' experience, and my stay was incredibly comfortable. Highly recommend!

First off, the lounge environment is superb – elegant and modern decor, with comfortable and private seating arrangements. Whether you're there for a business meeting, a casual get-together with friends, or like us, just want to quietly enjoy your vacation, you'll find the perfect spot. A special shout-out goes to the lounge team: Candy, Tiki, Amy, and Sunny for their exceptional service. From the exquisite pastries during afternoon tea to the generous selection of snacks and drinks during the evening cocktail hour, every staff member was smiling, attentive, and perfectly discreet. They consistently remembered our drink preferences and proactively introduced seasonal specials. The Happy Hour offerings were incredibly impressive, almost a fine dining experience in itself, with a full spread of hot dishes, cold cuts, cheeses, and fresh fruits. As for other aspects, the guest rooms lived up to the usual InterContinental standard – comfortable bedding and brand-new facilities. Breakfast offered a wide variety, including authentic Foshan local delicacies. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a high-quality experience.

PPennyLHPLocation is good, next to a mall. Free laundry service too and use robot to deliver stuff to the room. The only thing dissatisfied is the wifi. It seems China wifi is only used for local ppl and not for foreigners. They told me to switch off the DNS but it doesn't work at all. Even Guangzhou airport wifi also for local ppl only - key in their local number to connect ? Even got airport staff to help me, same cannot connect at all.
Why it's that so ? wifi suppose to be the basic facilities that hotel should provide to their guests. I just don't understand why so difficult to connect wifi in China. I finished my 7 days data roaming services with fee. Without wifi, it is really inconvenience for us. My sister & cousin sister said so, wifi is no way to connect in Shunde/China.
Staff with 101 code is good & helpful. She helps us check the rate for transportation from hotel to nearby Bus station which direct to Guangzhou Airport. She also offer us to have a green bean pudding :)
Overall stay at this modern interior hotel is good. Will come back again if travel to Shunde. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe room was clean and tidy, and spacious. The balcony offered a view right into the heart of the lake, making it feel like we were staying in an ancient town. The natural scenery of the water town, with its flourishing flora and fauna, was beautiful. The various themed parks were also large, and it was very convenient and easy to navigate with our own stroller throughout.

GGuest UserI stayed at *Yazi Hotel Foshan* for over 6 days and had a very pleasant experience. The *staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful*. Every day, the housekeeping auntie cleaned the room thoroughly, which I really appreciated.
The *breakfast area offers a lovely view*, and I was also impressed by the thoughtful *afternoon tea and late-night supper* options — a nice touch that made the stay even more enjoyable.
The *only downside* is that there are only two elevators, which can be a bit slow during peak hours. But overall, I'm very satisfied with the service, comfort, and hospitality. Highly recommended!
