CCongmingdexiongxiong2010We arrived at the hotel at midnight, exhausted as a family of three. The front desk swiftly and smoothly processed our check-in. The room was spacious, with two 1.5m double beds. With a ”stay two, get one free” offer, this is probably the best value Mandarin Oriental hotel globally, although the room we stayed in had no view. Acceptable, though. We loved the hotel's location; the neighborhood has a strong old-money vibe, and it was very comfortable during the day with almost no one around. Although it was hot, there was almost always shade. Locals started coming in the evenings, making the area more lively at night with numerous restaurants. We ate there for three days and didn't have a single bad experience. The M7 Art Museum is directly opposite the hotel, though it usually doesn't have any exhibitions. It's a 12-minute walk to Václav, and the walk along the way is very pleasant. All the staff were extremely friendly.

VVino JohnWe had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

GGuest UserMy stay at Sheraton hotel in doha was excellent. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms wee spacious and clean with beautiful views, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach to the gym wee top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a perfect mic of comfort, luxury, and great service. Highly recommended!

PPaparazyThe Hospitality of the St Regis Hotel in Doha is second to none, from the reception to the room was so clean and the view from the room was marvelous, the food in the Chinese restaurant, the morning breakfast and the swift response of the staffs was very hospitable, also complementary transportation within the hotel with the carrier is mind blowing.
Not forgetting the complementary water and towel by the beach side and also at the pool side was wow and cooling to the mind considering the weather.
I would love to go back someday

RRafsana ChoudhuryBeautiful location near Old Doha Port. Delicious dinner and breakfast services. We received a lovely welcome message for the children with cookies to decorate. Beach view rooms were stunning. However, deluxe twin room had two small single beds, not really enough for family of three. Mr Rafiq was particularly attentive to our needs and asked after our preferences throughout our stay. Mr Ahmed was extremely helpful and kind towards the children during dinner and breakfast service. All the hotel staff were very welcoming.
The Spa has a ladies only area, but staff did not really explain what facilities and services were available. The ladies changing room was not really well stocked with amenities, although staff kindly provided any items asked for.
Lovely family hotel overall. Worth a visit at least once if staying in Old Doha Port. Watch out for busy traffic in this neighbourhood and not many grocery shops nearby.

CChenzuibufuxingI booked it for a colleague and everyone said it was OK. The bed wasn't very big, but the bedding was okay to sleep on. The bathtub was very comfortable and the apples in the room were delicious.

GGuest UserWhat a wonderful experience! The location was even better than we expected—right across the street from the metro station and just a short walk to the Souq, truly one of Doha's must-sees. The staff went above and beyond, greeting us warmly and offering assistance whenever we needed it.
We were fortunate to be given a corner room with stunning views of the main attractions. I wish I’d known earlier that the skyline and Corniche could be admired right from my balcony—talk about hitting the jackpot! The room’s layout and spaciousness were a steal for the price we paid.
A delightful surprise awaited us with chocolates and fruits in our room upon arrival. I can't recommend this place enough, and I’ll definitely be back for round two!

AAnonymous UserGood location which is less than 10 min from Doha City Center Mall which we get food easily. It is about 10 to 15min drive to Soud Wakif, MIA, National Musuem, Mina District, Lusail city.
Room is spacious with all the amenities for family stay.
Breakfast has limited food varieties but still manage to find food to eat, ta least not starving. However, the hotel forgot to pre pack breakfast for us on the check out day despite of I requested it on the arrival day as well as reminding them again the night before departure. They agreed this is their mistake but can't process any refund on the breakfast as I didn't book directly with them. Will continue to follow up the trip.com.

I was reading in the yard, and suddenly I looked up and saw a big cruise ship.
It was the first time I lived on an island in my life. Perfect experience. The service was also great. WeChat reminded me that the [direct light] at the head of the bed has no on/off button.
It is pressed. Just press its [light] with your thumb, and the light will go out.

PPavelHigh standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me.
We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol.
They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free.
This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.
