4-Star Hotels in Doha

Booked a five night stay at this hotel residence. I opted for this hotel since it has complete amenities. I was really glad when we checked in because it looked exactly as how it was in the photos. All of their hotel staff are nice and friendly, hotel corridors smelling nice with fragrance and the room is really spacious. I recommend working in this hotel specially for a long stay, because it has everything that you will need you have fridge washing machine, stove top, oven and microwave . Very convenient indeed. Location wise, it is less than 15 minute walk from Mansoura Metro Station. There is also a big 24 hour grocery walking distance (Al Meera). The surrounding of the hotel is nice and quiet, but from the walk from the metro to the hotel, you can find shops and restaurants around. Would definitely book again next time. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recently stayed at Ezdan Hotel Doha and was truly impressed by what it had to offer. As one of the largest hotels in Doha, it caters to a wide range of guests with its diverse accommodations—from cozy single rooms to spacious long-stay apartments—all designed with modern comforts in mind. One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding range of facilities. The Olympic-sized swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat, perfect after a long day, and the fully equipped health club made it easy to maintain my fitness routine. Dining options were plentiful too, with a variety of international cuisines alongside local Arabic dishes, and I especially enjoyed the in-room dining experience offered by the hotel’s signature restaurant. What really set this hotel apart, however, was its exceptional service. The staff truly went above and beyond, offering personalized care and ensuring that every need was met with a smile. Their attention to detail made my stay not just comfortable, but memorable, and it was clear that their warm hospitality is a cornerstone of the hotel's reputation. Moreover, the location is a major advantage. Situated within walking distance of the corniche and near West Bay, the hotel offers easy access to Doha’s vibrant city life, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. For families, the outdoor playground and dedicated kid’s pool add an extra layer of convenience and fun. Overall, Ezdan Hotel Doha strikes an excellent balance between luxury and affordability. Its impressive facilities, top-notch customer service, and prime location combine to create an outstanding hospitality experience—one that I would highly recommend for anyone visiting Qatar.

Very nice hotel, gym, and restaurant. The rich breakfast and warm service made me feel like I was back in a familiar place. The hotel is also in a good location, suitable for business trips.

Simply magnificent! It was cheap and a quick taxi ride from the airport. The room was incredibly spacious, the beds were comfortable, and the view was lovely. I even had time to explore the surroundings, which were very pleasant, beautiful, and peaceful before continuing my journey.

Very good. Room was nice and big bathroom. I aksed for a quiet room and they gave me one. Gym was very good, full of new equipment. A lot of restaurants on the same street. Location is also good. One thing that can be improved is the breakfast. It was fine: fresh eggs/omelette, fruit, honey etc, but the 4 star hotel across the street, with a restaurant, had a significantly better breakfast with better and fresher ingredients/options/dishes. And it was even cheaper there.

Branding of Ramada did not live up to our standard. The miscomm between the night and morning shift staff need lots of work!! Being told you can check-in early at 2 pm(upon arrival at the hotel at 8 am) and only to wait another 30 minutes for the room at 2.30 pm, is HIGHLY unacceptable! And other guests who were waiting at the couch got to their rooms before us. Not an experiece you would want after a red-eye flight. There are other hotels nearby who accommodate guests at least before 1 pm if they’re informed of their flight details. The security staff,on the other hand, were eveready to assist us! Rooms are just okay.. Dated and needs more work done. Would I stay here again? Sadly not.. Hope you guys improve on communication. It’s part of good service!

I had a great experience with the receptionist. I don’t remember his name, but he was either Moroccan or Algerian. He was very friendly, welcoming, and professional from the start. He handled everything efficiently and communicated clearly, making the whole process smooth and comfortable. He truly left a positive impression. Thank you for the excellent service.

Not bad with my booked room charges. But I found 2 small cockroaches in the room and only 1 set of amenities even thought additional ones were provided immediately once I requested. Front staff were friendly and ok.

Disappointing Experience – Poor Cleanliness, Outdated Facilities, and Lack of Service Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel has been quite disappointing. From the first day, we noticed that basic amenities such as towels and slippers were missing, and we had to request them from the staff. Even the towels provided were very old, worn out, and clearly needed replacing. The washing machine was extremely noisy and actually made our clothes dirtier instead of cleaning them. We later discovered that the inside of the machine was very dirty. We also found stains on the bedsheets, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. Most of the facilities are outdated and need proper maintenance and renovation. The water temperature is another problem. Even when using the cold water, it remains extremely hot. On top of that, the room telephone doesn’t work, and there is no room service available. The only positive aspect is the hotel’s location, which is calm and quiet. Overall, the hotel has potential, but the lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and proper maintenance makes the experience disappointing. Guests deserve clean bedsheets, decent towels, functional facilities, and basic services without having to ask for everything. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and makes the necessary improvements.
