"Super hotel literally 5-10 minutes away from the airport the taxi cost approximately 6UK pounds Staff very polite room was spotless. Clean bed was comfy with clean sheets. The shower was hot and full pressure. It was a quick layover ideal if you have a long connection"

"An absolutely amazing team at the hotel – deserving of a 5-star rating and a sincere personal thank you for the outstanding service provided During a recent transit through Doha, my wife and our two daughters stayed at the hotel. Upon checkout, she accidentally left her wallet in the room. After arriving at Hamad International Airport and clearing immigration, she realised the wallet was missing She immediately contacted me in Australia and informed me of the situation. In a moment of urgency, I called the hotel directly and explained the circumstances. My request was handled swiftly and professionally, and the wallet was promptly located in the room where my wife had stayed I would like to extend my deepest thanks to Reception Manager Mr Omar, who was exceptionally professional, polite and proactive. He ensured the wallet was secured and personally arranged for it to be delivered to Hamad International Airport through his staff In today’s world, where trust can often feel diminished, Mr Omar demonstrated genuine integrity and went above and beyond in this situation. His honesty and ethical approach were truly commendable and helped restore faith in exceptional customer service Bravo to the entire team at Hyatt Regency Hotel – this level of service is deeply appreciated and will not be forgotten"

"All I can say was 10/10, We really enjoyed our family staycation with Sherao Hotel. The rooms, pool and overall from the hotel was really cleaned and wherever you go the scent was perfect 😍😍😍. The staffs were so friendly and whatever we requested they just responded so quick. Not crowded and well maintained. For sure will come back again soon with the whole fam. I hope they can extend the pool timing because its summer so we can only enjoy the pool specially in the evening. I hope not only from 8am to 5pm. But the rest was perfect 😍😍"

"Positives: Excellent location with easy access to the city centre and West Bay area. The pool is decent and great for cooling down. Were told as rooms were booked through Trip so they are on different floors? Totally silly and unreasonable excuse. They eventually managed to find connected rooms. Negatives: Housekeeping is very basic, and the interior feels dated. If you're staying in one of the rooms with large windows, be aware that the air conditioning struggles to keep the room cool, as it gets a lot of direct sunlight and can become quite hot. Shower head and loo's lever broken and leaking. I also wouldn't classify the services as being at a true 5-star level. Also only valet parking so be prepared to wait during the rush hour. No sign boards posted for car access from the rear so it was a bit of a struggle to find our way in."

"The hotel was well located around all our intended activities. The staff were really nice and very helpful. The meals were very good and varied, didn’t go wrong with doing full board. The only down side of the hotel is their internet connectivity through WiFi, it was really really poor we exhausted our data travel limit as we couldn’t call family back home in the UK. Other perks compensated for the bad internet. I’d advise the hotel looks into this."

"First off, the hotel staff provided excellent service! 👌🏻 The food was really good, and the hotel's ambiance was fantastic. I stayed in a city-view king room, which included breakfast for two and dinner, all for about 900. The value for money is incredible; for that alone, I'd definitely come back. Plus, the hotel is super close to the Museum of Islamic Art, just about a ten-minute walk away! Highly recommend. Picture 1 is the view from the room window."
