We had the most wonderful stay at The Ritz-Carlton for my son’s birthday. The hospitality was truly exceptional , every detail was taken care of with so much warmth and thoughtfulness. A special thank-you to Ilham and Naila, who went above and beyond to make my son’s birthday extra special with love, surprises, and personal touches we’ll never forget. It was such a beautiful and memorable experience for our family. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so celebrated and cared for!

My stay at Sheraton hotel in doha was excellent. The staff were welcoming and professional, the rooms wee spacious and clean with beautiful views, and the facilities, from the pool to the beach to the gym wee top-notch. Dining was a highlight, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a perfect mic of comfort, luxury, and great service. Highly recommended!

The natural environment is beautiful, and the service is very welcoming. The rooms are spacious, and the dining is also good. It's a great place to relax and unwind. The downsides are: mosquitoes and flies, and hygiene needs improvement. The only buffet option when choosing Facebook is the main restaurant, which is rather limited.

A beautiful hotel with outstanding service! The staff are incredibly polite and friendly, especially the front desk team. We arrived at 12:00 PM, well before the standard 3:00 PM check-in, and were still able to get our room immediately. This hotel is my absolute favorite in Doha! The breakfast is excellent, and the beach staff are extremely friendly and, what's particularly important to me, very respectful. You feel completely welcome here, and I will definitely be back!

Right after our arrival to this hotel we were expecting multiple problems. Customer manager was trying to do her best to make our mood better with complimentary gestures, and after I complained I saw the improvement but still this hotel needs proper stuff training and communication improvements. Neither one day I received any room amenities (teeth brush, vanity kit etc) , for every single and simple thing you gotta ask. And then it’s very slow to execute things. Food at main restaurant fresh but tasteless, we tried one of alacart restaurant on lobby floor but again food was missing flavors. I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who use to stay in five star hotels , because you will feel exhausted to communicate about your needs. That’s a pitty, because property is beautiful, beach is nice, workers are postive and have a smiley face. Just whole lack of management doesn’t make holidays here enjoyable

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Hilton Doha for a wonderful stay! We stayed at the hotel from May 6 to May 18 and were absolutely delighted. Excellent service, friendly and attentive staff, comfortable rooms with a stunning sea view – everything was top-notch. The breakfasts were delicious and varied, housekeeping was done daily and to a high standard. I would also like to highlight the front desk team – always helpful and professional. Our vacation was truly perfect – relaxing atmosphere, convenient location, beach and pool, everything thoughtfully arranged. I highly recommend Hilton Doha to anyone planning a trip to Qatar! We will definitely come back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect—very convenient and just a short walk from the metro, which made getting around incredibly easy. The rooms and common areas were clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. What really stood out was the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Their excellent service made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay.

High standards and a great atmosphere, but without arrogance. The staff is simply the best. I forgot my glasses in a restaurant in another area, I just told the concierge service and an hour later the glasses were already on me. We were sitting outside with my family and wanted to drink cocktails here and not at the bar, the manager organized everything, although everything was not so smooth there due to the ban on alcohol. They upgraded the room category to sea view. Everything is free. This is truly 5-star service. Before that we lived in Fairmont and everything was not like this.

Assalam Alaikum to all!!! This is a friendly, old hotel with good, varied breakfasts, fruit and vegetables every day—you won't go hungry! They give out vouchers and towels for the beach, the staff is always eager to help, and the towels in your room are changed daily, with bed linen every three days! There's a bus stop nearby to the metro, and shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants are within walking distance! We'll definitely be back! We haven't seen all of Qatar, Doha, yet—the architecture is wonderful, and there aren't many people like in Dubai! I recommend it to everyone!
