Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very clean room and common areas. The only reason I gave a 4/5 on facilities is because I don't think we should have had to pay $25 to park in the hotel parking garage!

Good location, just on the French street, 5 minutes walk from each red store. The hotel is beautiful and the small indoor garden is perfect for afternoon tea. The local Jumbo soup is also available for free at the hotel lobby, similar to the black pepper seafood soup, which tastes good. At the time of check-in, the front desk asked me if I would upgrade the room type, I agreed, but the upgraded room was charge100 knife in the club room, but the room was small, only half a window, so I decided to change back to the original garden interior room, I think The room is bigger and more comfortable.

My 93 year old husband and I spent two nights at Hotel indigo last week and were very pleased with our experience. The room was nicely appointed in the bathroom was spacious though we did have an accessible room. The bed was very comfortable, especially the pillows! Every place in the hotel was very clean, and nicely appointed. We were most impressed with the Front desk staff who were so helpful, courteous, and kind. We want to do a shout out to Susanne, who couldn't have been nicer, as well as professional. The common interest hotel dining room had good food at reasonable prices. The valet parking was a bit pricey, but very convenient and the attendants were also very helpful. Just around the corner on Carondelet Street we discovered the Gallier oyster bar, which had good food at a reasonable price.

Went to New Orleans for a girls trip. Had a great time. Everyone at the hotel was great especially the Valet attendant Carl. He gave us great advice on places to go, thing to do, and was very helpful and friendly. The hotel could have been cleaner. There was old food and candy on the floor and a little build up in the bathroom. But it was in a convenient spot and close to everything.

I was racially profiled at this hotel. I was accused of stealing. The clerk(white lady) said she saw me put a honey bun in my shirt! I had to expose myself in front of everyone to prove my innocence! The clerk just shrug her shoulders like oh well, it looked like you put something in your shirt! Then the lady refuses to check me out!!!!!! How humiliating and embarrassing! The distress is overwhelming!! Regardless of the comp nights given by the hotel manager, Chris, this issue is still unresolved! I have not been able to speak the the GM about this matter to date. The email I was given by the hotel manager for Beth Ables, have been undeliverable. I would not recommend staying at this hotel! I would not recommend this hotel!!!!! My stay was August 26-28, 2022. This was a beautiful space. Nice and chill vibe. The place had board games and a bar with very unique cuisine. I had never tried anything like it before but it was wonderful. I was only slightly disappointed by the rooftop bar being closed on the first night. And actually, because of the signage, I just assumed it was closed indefinitely. I didn't realize until the night before we were supposed to check out that it had been reopened.

I don’t know where to start. We recently stayed at the Windsor Court with friends our as the property came highly recommended and it certainly did not disappoint. The moment our driver pulled up and the doorman raced out with umbrellas we knew service was going to be impeccable. Everyone here is friendly, professional and very well trained to pay attention to detail and make you feel warm and welcome. Our rooms was nice and spacious, when traveling with a 4 year old we always appreciate space to spread out. Dinning venues are all great but I do have to say sitting in the lounge with an adult beverage and a bowl of gumbo was very enjoyable. We met lots of great staff including John Taylor who tools a few moments to chat with us and again just to be friendly and make you feel welcome. The only negative item was the tea service we took our daughter to just seemed to miss the mark a little bit was very appropriately priced for what it was. We would whole heartedly recommend this property and will absolutely stay here again!

KKseniia KoshevaiaWe recently had the pleasure of staying at Hôtel Peter and Paul in New Orleans and overall, it was a delightful experience. The interior of the hotel exudes a captivating charm, blending historic architecture with modern comfort seamlessly. The attention to detail in the design adds a unique touch to the ambiance. The service at Hôtel Peter and Paul was exceptional, with a staff that was attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Whether it was providing local recommendations or promptly addressing any concerns, the staff's dedication to guest satisfaction was evident. While the overall experience was positive, I did encounter a minor hiccup with the housekeeping service. It wasn't as thorough as I would have expected, and some details were overlooked. However, this didn't overshadow the other positive aspects of the stay. In conclusion, Hôtel Peter and Paul offers a charming and unique retreat in the heart of New Orleans. The impressive interior and outstanding service make it a memorable choice for those seeking a distinctive and comfortable stay in this vibrant city.

GGuest UserWhere to start... the hotel is beautiful, and the decor is thoughtful. All the latest technology, but still charming and warm details. We stayed on site for an event and never stepped foot outside the hotel until valet brought us the car the next day. Every employee we encountered clearly loves working here and with one another. This was an expensive room - but no more than the RItz or the Roosevelt where the service can be very ”cool” or stuffy. Special thanks to Damien, the sharply dressed Valet attendant. He is so stylish, we had to make sure we were handing the keys to an employee!! Excellent brunch the next morning. Pool deck was lovely and the hostess waited on us personally.

GGatevThe hotel is located in the heart of the French Quarters, close to the riverfront and the French Market. It has a pleasant inner courtyard with a pool and a fountain. My room was spacious and clean with all the facilities you would expect from a hotel of this category. The staff manning the front desk - Macy, Elaine, Clayton and Derek - were always courteous and helpful. There were always bottles of drinking water near the entrance for guests to use. The room rates were reasonable.

GGuest UserOur family spent two nights at the Bourbon Hotel (October 10-12). We read the reviews and were expecting an upscale hotel experience. We travel very often in the US and around the world, in all types of hotels-from basic 3 starts accommodations to luxury resorts. We do not go to hotels unless we verify recommendations and find the best fit. At most, the reviews are accurate. At times, slightly non-representing, nevertheless, we realize that it is a matter of taste. However, it is rare that an experience is so far fetched from the positive review that I had to write one myself (I very rarely do). From the moment we entered, it was a clear that we are entering a once glamorous venue which was not maintained, not clean with an atmosphere in lobby as if we entered a train station and not a hotel. The room itself was also filthy, with toe nails under our bed, hair in the closet and dust in the room. There was no soap, and housekeeping did not clean at all the following morning. The door to the balcony does not close properly and therefore it is very noisy. The empty mini bar was more of a heater than a cooler. During the whole duration of our stay, the same garbage items were not removed from the elevator and others not cleaned in lobby. When we attempted to order room service as stated on the hotel website, we were told that “we no longer deliver food to room” with no apology given. When we went to try our luck at the breakfast buffet, we were told “we no longer offer it”. We were fine with a-la-carte but then we found out that they only offer bar seating and no high chair was provided for our daughter. Again, with no apology. They were filming a series outside of the hotel, which by itself is a cool thing, but not when it makes the hotel a production room, filthy, messy, noisy and again-the hotel does not acknowledge it. The worst moment was when we needed to wait 15 minutes in the heat to get back to the hotel as the small street was closed for filming. Again, no apology given. When we needed the front desk supervisor’s assistance in a billing matter concerning tax, we were dismissed in the most vulgar and not-service-oriented manner, despite the fact that they clearly did not follow State and Federal Law. We tried to explain the issue but again, there was a total lack of willingness to listen. Bottom line, this hotel is a disgrace. Maybe years ago it deserved 4 stars, today it is a mediocre youth hostel that charges like a luxury hotel. Avoid.

GGuest UserWill the valet is AWESOME! We were in town for Essence Festival; there were a ton of cars and a lot of movement. He made sure he communicated how long it would be before our car came out. It was obvious that it was a stressful time but he worked to make sure everyone was taken care of. The hotel rooms are nice art deco and large. My only issue was the elevator, situation. The hotel has three elevators however most of the weekend while I was a guest only one elevator was working, :( There was a limit of five people max on the elevator and it got stuck multiple times. Based on the other reviews this is an ongoing issue. I am concerned with how the city allows a hotel with seventeen floors with elevators that do not work, this is a MAJOR safety concern. If you are planning a visit and its not for a festival or convention I say stay here, it is convenient to the Super Dome, the French Quater, and a ton of good places to eat. Hopefully, the elevator issue will be permanently fixed at some time in the near future.

GGuest UserI booked a suite for my daughter and new son in law to stay at for their honeymoon as well as a block of rooms for the wedding guest. This property took my breath away from the moment I walked in-it's very charming and beautiful. Some of our guest were enjoying sitting in the lobby area and mentioned to me how impressed they were with the hotel, the staff and the rooms which made me very proud to have chosen this hotel. Every staff member I saw welcomed me and were very friendly-even though I wasn't technically a guest-they were eager to be helpful. Also, the hotel is conveniently located and easy to get to and from anywhere in the city.
