Samarkand Hotels with Balcony

I want to thank the hotel, its staff, and especially Vigen, for the warm welcome, comfort, and help in organizing our trip. The hotel is beautiful, everything is perfect down to the smallest detail, even the scent in the lobby! ☺️ The rooms are cozy and clean, and the beds and pillows are comfortable. The pool is excellent. I also want to thank the hotel and Vigen for preserving my Uzbek tomatoes, which I was bringing as a gift for a dear friend. Without your help, they would have simply spoiled. I asked for tape to pack a box and inquired about bags. No problem, they found and provided everything. While still in Russia, I contacted the hotel and asked for help reserving tables at restaurants in Khiva and Samarkand, as I couldn't reach them myself. They did everything. Huge gratitude and a big five stars to you all!!!! ♥️♥️♥️♥️

This stay was absolutely fantastic! I made a mistake with my booking, but the hotel staff were incredibly patient and helped me sort everything out. They were all super friendly, helped with our luggage, and provided exceptional service. The entire hotel was spotless and very comfortable. We woke up a bit late and worried we'd miss breakfast, but it turned out the hotel offered à la carte Western breakfast and freshly ground coffee, which tasted great, and the service was really thoughtful. The location is also super convenient, very close to the train station, making getting around a breeze. I chose this place specifically because I didn't want to stay near the necropolis area; it's about 5km from the attractions, and getting a taxi was very easy. Throughout my stay, I really felt the warmth and hospitality of the people of Uzbekistan. My accommodation experience was perfect, I highly recommend it, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

Residing in the hotel 2 nights, enjoyed the service on the recipes and breakfast, all very kind) the hotel itself is very cozy and beautiful! The interior courtyard is very nice, from the room with the view on the garden you can see the Bibi-Khanum Mosque) Location is good, Near Registant Square) a little did not meet expectations of a range of food on breakfast, it was quite humble (compared to hotel 3* in Tashkent, there were eyes running), but hungry , of course not staying)

The location was good and the hotel was clean. Overall, I would recommend it. The staff were kind and helpful. When I arrived at the hotel with a same-day reservation, they seemed to have prepared a larger room than expected, allowing me to relax comfortably. There is no elevator, but this is a common building structure in Uzbekistan, so it wasn't a problem. The breakfast was sufficient considering it was included in the room rate. There is a currency exchange machine in the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're short on cash. Finally, be careful with the bathroom facilities in the room.

The staff at this hotel were all incredibly kind and helpful. Not only the front desk staff, but also the housekeeping staff were extremely caring and helped me a great deal during my stay. Unfortunately, I became ill while staying at the hotel. The staff arranged for a doctor to come and see me, regularly checked on me, and asked if there was anything they could do to help. Their kindness and care meant so much to me, especially when I was feeling unwell and vulnerable. The bed and the room were exceptionally clean, the interior was beautiful, and the hotel was very comfortable. Above all, this is a wonderful hotel filled with genuine warmth and hospitality. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Hilton Regency. Check-in was fast, and the front desk staff were wonderful – they told us everything we needed to know, advised us on the best places to eat and visit, and quickly arranged taxis within the complex. The room service staff were always accommodating, and any requests were met promptly. Room cleaning was very thorough and unobtrusive. We particularly loved the pools in the spa center on the 2nd floor and visited them daily. There's an excellent steakhouse on the 1st floor, and it's within walking distance to the fountains and the Eternal City complex.

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

Good hotel. We consistently dined at the restaurant à la carte, and everything was delicious and reasonably priced. The only issue was when ordering room service, the restaurant staff mixed up our order, and we had to wait 1.5 hours for them to remake our dinner. The rooms are large, clean, and overlook the rowing canal, with a balcony. The mini-bar was empty. Housekeeping was daily, with water refills and fresh towels. In the evening, you can relax on the attic terrace. The spa is located in the neighboring 5-star hotel of the same chain (guests get a 50% discount), and it's very good. Breakfasts were excellent, constantly refilled, and the waitstaff quickly cleared everything away. Overall, I recommend this hotel 5/5, it was the best part of our vacation in Uzbekistan.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reception helps us contact taxi and give suggestions for restaurant. Bedroom and bathroom all clean. Comfortable bed and pillow. Hotel walkable to restaurants and convenient store. Variety of breakfast and delicious too.

I didn't take pic of the room as it is basic but spacious enough. The hotel is strategically located in between various sightseeing sites. For travellers who opt for tram and bus, you choose the right location because opposite the hotel just accross the road, there is a tramvay stop and bus stop. Tramvay goes to and for the main train station if you are departing for Tashkent or Bukhara. While bus goes around the city. Take bus 22 to go around the city area such as Registan centre. Take bus 31 to and for airport. Really convenient, affordable, and I highly recommend it.
