2-Star Hotels in Samarkand

I liked very much staying at the hotel. Hospitable, polite and tactical, helping all the hotel owners. Rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. Pedestrian access to Registant Square and several other stunning cultural heritage facilities. We walked to the square and walked the park that is adjacent to it (Park Karimova), went further to the bazaar and the casino mosque Bibi Khanum, and even further to the necropolis of Shahi Zinda, the latter especially struck beauty and greatness. There are many delicious places with national food and not only. Thank you very much for the warm reception, we will definitely visit again when we are in the city.

Excellent hotel! The owner and all the staff were very warm, professional, and attentive to every detail. The hotel has a lovely little courtyard – simple but elegant. The breakfast food and tea were also very good. The room was spacious with a large bed, and the location was perfect, right next to the train station. This made catching our train the next morning stress-free and gave us plenty of time.

Cleanliness: Although the hotel is a bit old, it's incredibly clean and well-maintained. There were no strange odors inside, which shows their excellent housekeeping and odor control. The lobby always had a faint fruity scent, and our room was spotless. Facilities: The hotel breakfast was fantastic! Besides standard items like coffee, tea, milk, juice, and eggs, they offered a variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy products, and local pastries every day. For tourists who spend their days exploring, such a high-quality breakfast is essential. The complimentary bottled water in the room daily was also very practical! Service: All hotel staff spoke fluent English and Russian, so communication was never an issue. They were polite, friendly, and always willing to help. We needed to book an English-speaking tour guide for the next day; after explaining it to the front desk, they immediately helped us contact someone and quickly finalized the booking. The day after our tour, upon returning to the hotel, the staff even followed up to ask if we were satisfied with the experience, showing truly excellent service. Environment: The hotel's location is superb, situated within a pedestrian street, making it very safe. Most major attractions are just a 10-minute walk away. There are many guesthouses and shops nearby, and a square not far off where many locals stroll and walk their children after the sunset cools down, making for a very pleasant evening walk. Overall, we were extremely satisfied with our experience at the Sangzor Hotel and highly recommend it to other visitors coming to Samarkand!

優點:1.位置優越。距離雷吉斯坦廣場步行大約十五分鐘。2.前台小哥服務不錯，沒有電梯，拿行李上上下下，熱情周到。3.三樓有個觀景平台，有沙發桌子，適合休閑遊旅客。缺點:1.房型不標準，大床房空間有大有小。沒房了給我三人間，床的寬度目測0.8米。2.前台沒有pos機，預付擔保金也不能抵扣房費，衹能用現金付款。

We set a triple room, the room is very clean, the decoration is very special, the service is very warm, the breakfast is very rich, you can store your luggage, when you leave the store, you also help us arrange a free delivery to the train station, and send a special gift to the store, and also intimately take a photo with us! In short, the accommodation experience is great! The only fly in the ointment is that there are no slippers and shower caps!

The breakfast here for 2 nights was great and the underground pool was free. The bedroom was comfortable and the restaurants were close, so I had a comfortable and leisurely time. I thought this hotel was a fantastic value. I am a budget traveler and just want a clean, safe place with good wifi. This place was perfect for me. The location is incredible and convenient to the main attractions of the city. The farthest is the Prophet's Tomb, which is maybe a 40-45 minute walk. Everything else is just 5-15 minutes away. There are a bunch of restaurants, shopping, ice cream stands all around, including the bottom of the hotel is adjacent to a restaurant. The room itself was perfect. I had Room 12, which has a window that opens for lots of fresh air. It opens to a room with no visible others, so you get a lot of privacy as well. The wifi worked perfectly and the breakfast was a nice touch. I didn't see any bugs and had no problems with anything at all. The place was clean and I really enjoyed my stay.

Cheerful hotel. From behind this hotel only it is worth going to Samarcan. Very beautiful, expensive environment, delicious food, responsive, pleasant staff. Not far from all the sights. The hotel manager took us by his car to the Ulugbeck Observatory, on the way told a lot of interesting. Near the hotel showed a very good restaurant where we went every day. It was the best hotel.

The room has been renovated and the bathroom and other areas have a new feel to it. I thought the room would be spacious as shown in the photos, but it was small and there was no refrigerator, but I was able to use the hotel's refrigerator, which was helpful. You can also use the washing machine and kitchen for free. It was very nice to be able to relax in the courtyard at night. I was very grateful to the man who was there at night for helping me out with ants in the room and a bee sting (only minor injuries). I'm sorry for the trouble I caused you with the jam. Another thing that bothered me a little was the smell from the bathroom drain. It was fine on the first day, but the smell started to rise the next morning, which was disappointing. I think it would be a very good place to stay if that could be improved. Thank you very much.
