Great hotel, will come back again. It was hard to find a hotel on the island that was worth the money, so we were lucky with Le Nusa beach club

Fantastic location on the beach at Mushroom Bay with a lovely infinity pool overlooking the Bay ….Tired rooms with stains on the couch and mosquito net -we had a gecko going off all night and man are they loud..Breakfast was average . The whole place was a bit rundown.Overpriced we thought but great location

AVOID!! to visit the restaurant. We came there with the whole family - 9 members. Staff was quite slow but we were cool with it. Food started coming after 1 hour. After almost 2 hours they forgot to bring 2 remaining dishes. 10 times, we have been told 1 minute to wait. In the end they brought the 1 dish - fish and chips and totally raw - too late to realise and are half of the raw fish. The manager had absolutely no interest and didn’t do anything after many requests. I had terrible gastro all the night after and have been food poisoned. Bunch of liars and unprofessional staff. Never ever go there!!!

We went for dinner as a group when the restaurant was not busy. There was no interest from the start to serve us so waited for 15 minutes to order drinks and that was the highlight of the evening. After 2 hours we had still not received 2 meals. We received the first meal after 45 minutes and then over the next 45 minutes the next 6 meals were slowly delivered 1 at a time. The last 2 meals after we asked repetitively did not come. We were told they were being cooked after having to go to the kitchen ourselves as the waiters did not come to us. Being told 2 minutes when we said we would leave we waited another 15 minutes for one meal (fish and chips) to come and was raw so not able to be eaten. The last meal never arrived. The wait staff and management showed no care at all and there was no apology and we were just offered to not pay for the meals we did nit receive. We left after over 2 hours with 2 people not fed. The meals we did receive were very small portions. We finished our night with instant noodles from the local convenience store Do not spoil your vacation by going here.

Please dont pay any attention to the bad reviews.. We are on our 4th night here and have absolutely loved it. The staff are amazing and are always excited to see our little 1 year old playing in the sand:) The rooms are great for the price they are, comfortable and spacious enough to have our baby in the same room. The dining area is epic with an amazing view. Live music last night and a fresh bbq option:) The wive is loving the frozen strawberry daquiris aswell.

Het terras ligt wat hoger en geeft een mooi uitzicht op het strand en het helderblauwe water met de drukte van de boten die komen en gaan. We zaten lekker op het terras en genoten van de smoothie mango en van het mooie uitzicht. De smoothie smaakte ons goed. Met een vriendelijk bediening.

We’re a family of 5 and stayed here for 4 nights. The Hotel is in a great spot. Great view of the beach and close to all the good restaurants in Mushroom Bay. The Hotel organised everything for us, Fast Boat transfer right to Mushroom Bay, Scooter hire, drop offs and pick ups at restaurants over on the Main beach area. At no extra costs as well, it made things so easy. They also organised a manta bay and snorkelling trip on the hotel boat and was cheaper than the other operators. The breakfasts were also very good. The pool towels and ones in the rooms were a bit old and musty but that was the only issue. We’d stay again for sure. Thanks to all the staff.

We were booked into this resort for 3 nights in July 2024, and had been booked since December 2023. 2 weeks prior to our arrival they cancelled our booking! We were a group of 11 Adults and it has been horrendous to try and find alternative accommodation at such short notice! They obviously cannot be trusted! Bad form Le Nusa Beach Club.

We stayed here in June for 3 nights as a family of 5, 2 adults 3 kids (15,10,8) we stayed in the 2 x double room which was just perfect for the amount of days spent here. The rooms were basic but enough, clean rooms, great outdoor shower. The location was perfect, right on the beach and walking distance to good restaurants, warungs, and great coffee. Breakfast was great, no buffet but choose from the menu which is better and food is delicious and enough for breakfast. Cocktails are great, food is good and can’t fault this place. The only downfall I would say is that it needs a little updating, and this place would be fanatic, as well as the hot water in the morning takes a while to get hot and I would say the rooms would be better if they had suitcase stands in the room. I would highly recommend staying here for your next visit.
