Always exceeds our expectations every staff member is so friendly, we stay always Premier Pool Access room so comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for staff. Food at restaurants, pool bar and room service is very reasonable priced. Pool is great relaxing with swim up bar. Directly opposite Discovery Mall but you wouldn’t think so as you walk in to the hidden oasis, so quiet and relaxing.

There are not many choices of hotels in Komodo, and Ayana is the best choice. It has its own private island, which you can go to and play, but it is really small. This Ayana is not large in scale, and it may be expensive to expand. It is much inferior to the one in Bali. The breakfast variety is not much, which is a bit disappointing. I also had 3 dinners in the hotel, with few choices and ordinary. The room was not facing the right direction, and the view was average. In short, it is more than the price. The hotel has a free shuttle to the airport, which needs to be booked in advance.
