There was a TV, but it was a low-quality product made by LG from Korea. The breakfast provided was also mediocre, below the level of a nearby restaurant. The sheets were not clean, with blood stains, and the pillows had Febreze (a clothing air freshener) on the front and a strange smell on the back. I was given another room (just like ours) but I wasn't comfortable enough to go back to sleep. I've only ever experienced something like this in my life. In a big city too. That's Bali. Please pay attention so that other guests don't experience things like this.

When you wake up your body feels itchy, the mattress and pillow smell bad, there is no wifi in the room, there is no hot water, the toilet kit only has soap, very dirty. Hotel room not clean,AC not work, toilet trouble , hot water terrible, towel bed smell, no aminites in bath room, the room smells like **** I thought from toilet bowl. When tell to receptionist they just said ok we will fix and coordinate with housekeeping but no one comes to fix or clean.
Finally our guest want to Chek out because no one responded in the hotel staff. And very thankful for trip.com help to refund money.
