we received an amazing experience staying in the hotel beautiful surrounded by nature bungalows with private swimming pool, delicious breakfast and great location only 20 min walk to town centre. Highly recommended if you are looking for to feel the country

Local resort with Balinese charm, takes a little bit to get used to, especially as we arrived in the middle of the night and did not know what to expect. We had a lovely house with a beautiful private swimming pool we enjoyed as much as we could. Breakfast is delicious and the staff are very nice.

Truly speechless for the courtesy and attention received at this resort, as well as the beauty of the place. Special mention to Sudi, who will be part of our hearts, as well as the other guys/girls at the facility. Very convenient location. Even though we had to leave at 6 in the morning on the last day, they left us breakfast ready in a box to take away. EXCEPTIONAL. We will always carry a piece of you with us.

Charming hotel very well located. It is possible to go to the center on foot and also to do the 2 hiking trails from the hotel. It is also the right place to be able to radiate and visit Bali. In a street near the hotel there are several very good restaurants. The staff is very nice. The breakfast is average but nothing more and the massages very pleasant. The rooms are distributed in small villas with outdoor bathroom and there are several swimming pools. I recommend.

recently stayed at Sungu UBUD and found the experience largely disappointing. The only highlight was Mr. Sudi at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond in assisting us. Unfortunately, the property itself is in poor condition. We encountered broken and leaky taps, and the rooms, along with the amenities, were well below mediocre. The property appears to be understaffed, and even the existing staff seemed unsatisfied. Additionally, there were no options for vegetarian food. The maintenance of the property is severely lacking, leaving it in a state of disarray. The location is decent, with a 15-minute walk to the market, but this does not compensate for the overall lack of quality and care at the property. ---

I spent 7 nights at this establishment and was only increasingly disappointed with the cleanliness. Indeed, cleaning is done every day and the sheets are also changed, however they are all stained and dirty (hairs, traces of makeup, and various stains). Add to that a very unpleasant musty smell. The hotel clearly needs renovation and more intensive cleaning of the houses (and I'm not even mentioning the state of the toilets which were deplorable). Despite this, the breakfast is very good, the spa with massage is also very pleasant and the staff is very friendly! A big thank you to all the staff for taking care of me during my stay.
