Stay for 3 nights here - Its a huge resort, in front of Jimbaran beach; it location is good too, close to shops and good eating places - however, bit disappointed with their services; check in, waiting for approx 20 mins and no one direct us nor help, for this calibre of resort, we expected more, for sure. Moreover, the reservation lady told us that she will “help” us with the membership but till our checkout time, no one follow it up with us🤔; breakfast was good, many foods options; their servers are friendly but their foods stations staff were not - no smile, no “how are you” nor any basic greetings, definitely need to be improved.

This hotel was ok, the lagoon saltwater pool was nice, but the room felt very damp. The location is boring, only two things to see and do, the seafood bbq and the sunset. Maybe it’s better not to stay here but just visit this area for an afternoon and evening. The staff were ok but could be more organized and attentive. Overall not a bad stay but could improve.

Our stay for one night was very good thanks to the staff super welcoming. The breakfast is simply awesome (multiple cuisines). The service at the beach is good as well. We got the chance to do a late checkout due to our late flight (still useful). The only negative point was the garden view which not really a nice garden view. Our room number was 4115. In any case, we recommend this hotel.

I stay here at least once every time I come to Bali! They always remember you when you come back. The hotel feels like home. Excellent breakfast with enough variety that everyone can find something to suit their tastes. Great central location for traveling to different areas around Bali as well. Two thumbs up!

The hospitality of the lady, Tata, was wonderful. Thanks to her, it was an unforgettable trip. The interior of the hotel was spiritual and modern and elegant. If you come to this hotel, you can forget about your everyday life. I felt like a bourgeois. I was satisfied with all the resort's ratings. I will back.

Staying at this hotel was an experience from the very beginning. From the excellent service from all staff members at every point of the hotel to the impressive facilities like the lobby and the pool, I was always in awe of my time there. The standard room I booked was also extremely spacious and thoughtfully designed + the breakfast selection was spectacular. I would 100% come back again for a much longer stay!

For the amount I paid, I really can’t complain. The villa was spacious, and beautifully designed. The air conditioner in the bedroom could be stronger, but it was within the acceptable range. Caught mice two days in a row in the kitchen - this could be a turn-off to some people! Fortunately the bedroom was free of pests. The management provided house-cleaning as well as turn-down service daily. The pool is private, if it helps.

Additionally, the rooms are stocked with sunscreen, aloe vera gel, and hand-ground coffee tools, showcasing the hotel's attention to detail. 3. Entertainment & Activities: The hotel boasts facilities such as an infinity pool, gym, and library, all accessible to guests for free. Regular events like music festivals and yoga sessions further enrich the stay. Dining & Cuisine: The hotel houses multiple restaurants offering a variety of cuisines, including Indonesian, Italian, and Western dishes. We stayed for 3 nights at the W Hotel Seminyak, located on a long beach. The ocean here was characterised by wind and waves in August, yet adding to the scenic beauty. The hotel did present the fresh, modern, and colorful design typical of W Hotels, reflected in both the exterior and interior decor. The rooms maintain this vibrant style, while the villas, which we finally switched to, offer a more elegant, wooden Balinese aesthetic. The pool area is a highlight, with its colorful design and palm trees creating a relaxing holiday vibe. Beyond, the breakfast was extraordinary, offering a wide range of freshly made dishes. From reception to service and management, we experienced a warm, attentive, and caring atmosphere that truly enhanced our holiday. Overall, the W Seminyak is a highly recommendable choice for a relaxed and enjoyable vacation.

How can I say about the hotel? Compared with the price of 200 euros, I will say a few fair words: 1/ The hotel is relatively new, the room has a balcony, the room is not big, and the decoration is not bad. 2/ You can see the sea from a distance on the balcony, but it is not a first-line sea view. I booked a sea view king room for RMB 1,600 3/ The rooftop swimming pool is good, you can watch the sunset 4/ There is a lively neighborhood outside, there are many white people, and there are lively bars restaurants. 5/ The staff is very friendly Disadvantages 1/ It is said to be a sea view, but the first thing you see when standing on the balcony is a ruined land covered with weeds, and you can also see the unfinished building when you face the sea. 2/ The toiletries in the hotel are very simple, and the slippers are very thin 3/ There is no bathrobe, no bathtub, only one USB port and one type C charging port, and no mini bar 4/ 1,600 does not include breakfast, the breakfast list costs about RMB 120, and you can order dishes for dinner, which is semi-self-service. It feels that the cost performance is not high.
