I booked for 2 nights, there was absolutely nowhere to eat in the area, only around makashnitsa and street food of dubious quality. There is only a Korean restaurant nearby, where you cook on the barbecue yourself. There are no shopping centers within walking distance either. The hotel is clearly not five stars, it is spacious, yes, the staff is responsive, but not all of them. The food for breakfast was decent, the soup was delicious. The set is standard. Everything is designed for guests from the Middle Kingdom. The names of the dishes are only in Thai and Chinese. The TV channels are also Chinese. The room equipment is very modest, there is a toothbrush, shower gel, shampoo, and a cap. There is no balm or soap. There are 2 bottles of water, 2 bags of tea and coffee, no sugar or milk. They speak English at the reception. My room was quiet, as the windows faced the hotel wall, so I couldn't hear any noise from the street. The bed is huge, comfortable, you can sleep four people 🤣. I recommend the hotel for 1 night, no more.

Sometimes the service alone can make an accommodation worth a 5-star rating. This was the case with the O2 Luxury Hotel. I arrived to the property and was greeted kindly by the staff. Although everyone was wearing a mask, I could feel their smiles. I was happy to be assisted with my luggage and check-in was very prompt. The hotel has a convenient location near shopping and massages less than a minute away. The highlights of my stay were Coco, the amazing concierge (you might as well call him the Google of “All Things Thailand”) and all of the front desk staff. I was especially impressed they were able to book a dinner cruise for me when the majority of the reservations were closed. If you care about your interactions with the staff, chose to stay at O2 Luxury!

Got off the plane early but the luggage took too long, so we barely missed the midnight free shuttle. Called Grab and it took around 20 minutes and over 200baht. The hotel itself was quite traditional: small lifts, worn interior. Odd number rooms would be on the left hand side after stepping out of the lift. The room itself was spacious with updated interior, with less-than-elegant bathroom. Bed was comfy and the blinds were great. Aircon was a bit tricky to work out. Was shocked to find no international socket outlets, not to mention USB. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, partly because it was not crowded at all when we arrived before eight, and also because of the grand interior. Food was above average, although there was a man who found the bowl was too small for cereal. We stayed there for one night only so we didn't mind the view (none) nor did we check the pool (or other facilities for that matter). Overall, absolutely great bang for the buck. This is the airport hotel to go to if you need a good sleep after a long weary flight.

Second time in this hotel. The first time I had a really bad experience and a big problem with our conditioning and I had to leave late at night for the nearby Méridien. I wanted to give it a second try . This time I had a great experience . Wonderful experience with airport shuttle . Check-in was nice. Apartment was very big , I had a two bedroom just for myself. Each bedroom had its own bathroom with shower. The master bedroom had a huge bathroom with a shower and a bath. I had a Jacuzzi on the balcony , however, the water was very slow so I could only fill half the tube because it was taking too long, but the view was gorgeous from there, and it was very quiet. This time the air-conditioning was working perfectly . There is also a kitchen area with coffee, machine and water boiler . And of course there is a living area. I have to say that this time I had a really good stay and that makes me willing to come back .

The hotel is large and the location is easy to find. There are 711s to the left and right when I go out. Originally, the company booked me in another hotel, but the security guard couldn't figure it out and didn't let me check in. Later, the driver arranged by the company made the decision himself. I sent it to this hotel. I didn’t have any Thai baht or US dollars on me at the time, so I packed 200 yuan in RMB and had to pay for the toll. This store doesn’t accept RMB, Alipay, and WeChat, but the lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. She patiently helped me solve my problem, and her Chinese is also very good. As long as you pass by the front desk, the lady at the front desk will greet you. Even if you turn your back to her and suddenly turn around, she will smile and be very polite and service-minded. The quality and quality are much better than some four- and five-star hotels in China. I will definitely stay in this hotel again next time I travel with friends.

However, I did find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel to be slightly less efficient. Despite this minor inconvenience, the overall convenience of the shuttle service adds to the hotel's appeal. Le Meridien Bangkok Airport offers an oasis of tranquility and luxury, making me wish my stays could be longer. Its idyllic setting, exceptional amenities, and impeccable service create an environment that nurtures relaxation and well-being. For those seeking an escape from the demands of travel, this hotel provides the perfect respite. The Amaranth is about 15mins away from the main BKK airport, so it’s away from Bangkok city, but perfect for a layover. I was very impressed with the kind service from reception and the concierge, the cleanliness of the room and facilities, and lovely resort-like layout of the hotel and its gardens. I certainly slept very well in the room, as the bed is comfortable and the room quiet and dark, thanks to the black-out curtains. The food at breakfast had a buffet selection of Asian and Western dishes, including fruit, cereals, pastries, egg station, pancake station, noodles, fried rice, coffee/tea, etc. For a hotel, I found the food very satisfactory. In the afternoon, I visited the Ma Spa for a 60min oil massage. It was absolutely glorious and worth every bit of the TBH 1720 (incl. tax).

Best Bangkok Airport Hotel for the Price ! I love this place, all new and perfect decoration, friendly and cute staff, I will visit again next time when I have to stay near Bangkok airport. It's very close by car and very fast to go there from airport, as there is an express way without traffic. Thanks again !

We stayed at Novotel Bangkok Airport for one night during a layover and found it very comfortable. The hotel has excellent facilities, including a pool, sauna, and a range of restaurant options. The rooms were decent and well-suited for a restful stopover. A great choice for a convenient and relaxing airport stay!

A really great overnight stay at Gate43! Situated about 1.5 miles from the Airport & 250BHAT in a taxi (£5ish) it was the perfect stay whilst we transitioned to the islands. The restaurant was open until 10pm so arriving at 9pm was no issue, food was tasty and more than adequate! Hotel itself was lovely, clean and perfect for what we needed. Staff very friendly and booked our 4am taxi back to the airport the next day. Would highly recommend for those needing to stay somewhere near the airport!
