Overall the stay was comfortable. Ambience is good. Customer service is good. Location is good. Breakfast, free of cost, is good. At late night I got service at the reception. One bottle water per day is insufficient for a boarder. It should be at least two bottles per day.

BEST wifi could have been better. breakfast was good. cleanliness was great. value for money. ambience was great. staff was very kind and polite. location was prime, got cabs on time. Just infront garden was there.

All was good but little hygiene had to be maintained little more. Staff were very good and quickly they would resolve the issues and needed things. Totally the stay was good. and it would be more good if there was dinner arrangements as well.

Such a bad hotel I have never ever seen . Cleaning is pathetic .Staff doesn't know how to talk with guest very bad behaviour.I have found used mask in the room . washroom were not cleaned well.There is only two options in breakfast Idly and bred omlet that very bad quality .I request Treebo hotels to take it seriously

I stayed in Treebo Astor hotel Last week, room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, comfortable bed provided for a good sleep, helpful front desk staff allowed me fast check in, high speed WiFi provided, satisfied with the customer service provided. Excellent level of COVID 19 protocol following by the staff members.
