The hot water doesn’t work, the staffs are very rude when you ask them to fix it. They will not let the delivery person till room and will not even deliver themselves when asked to. Will have to go and collect it. The power gets off for hours and they will not care to fix it. The staffs are really pathetic.

Rooms are clean and spatious but staff is not friendly, there is a communication issue between staff and hotel manager. When i had lost digital lock card, staff was not allowing me to speak to their manager instead they were asking for charges. I had been allotted basic room but when checked in ac was not working, asked me to take up standard room for time being till the issue is fixed by leaving luggage in same room. I had stated that will carry my luggage ***** with me. When checking out manager was saying that my room has been upgraded in which i had no communication of that. Overall stay was good except communication and staff management

One of the best hotels i have stayed at till today. The rooms were spacious, clean and aesthetically pleasing. Rooms were equipped with all the amenities mentioned by the hotel. Jio and demise made our stay more pleasant with their polite and humble nature. It is located near the market so restaurants and all the other things are nearby.

Network connection not available in any room. We paid 500 rs for the wifi connectivity. We can’t stay here again

Service was not upto the mark.

Lovely hotel, really had a good time during my stay. The service was so good and the atmosphere was top notch.

Hotel rooms are well maintained and at a very decent location where we can find restaurants nearby within a walking distance also staffs were very helpful.
