I have stayed in sanctum suites last here also, earlier staff was very good and co-operative. This time breakfast was very poor everything was finished and every-time we had to remind them for refilling. Also at the time of checkout i was carrying so many bags but person who was sitting at the front desk did not bother and no one came for the help. I think again your staff needs a training on hospitality. Never going to stay here again.

We really got located the property easily, the breakfast they provided was delicious, and the room are also so clean and peaceful power supply, water supply, room maintenance everything was good

Rooms are functional but there is no running hot water and you need to ask for a bucket of hot water. Cleanliness is not good. There seems to be no effort to really please customers. Breakfast is ok and could be a lot better.

Good stay, breakfast is really good. In-spite of asking 2 dental kit they provided one (the room was booked for 2 adults)

I stayed for four days. The house keeping was made on a single day. The remote of the AC was not working properly. The check out was kept at 11 am which is absurd. Flights come and go 24 hrs. So it should be 24 Hours basis.
