I had a friend who was staying in the hotel at the same time. I got to know that she had booked the room offline and was paying 1000 bucks less and also her room had extra amenities. This doesn’t make sense. There is some problem with the hot water system
i don’t think i will recommend this hotel to anybody.

It was a good place but i feel the bed sheet and pillows are not cleaned or washed. Looks like a used one. Ac is also not in good condition and the tv has limited channels. Only the good things are near to metro

Location definitely good one with metro and other good restaurants and cafes being situated in walkable distance. Hygiene very bad, bed sheets were not clean with dust and hair, gave me rashes blanket was torn. Customer service wise fine however there was a lady on the 2nd day of our stay at the reception whom I'm guessing was the owner, as we entered after our day's errand she gave us a very unpleasant look which kinda made us uncomfortable followed by she asked the manager who were we and our room no. it was very much audible, it felt very unwanted and unwelcomed. Food wise can't comment cause didn't take it.

The staff were very helpful and we didn't lack anything at anytime and the location was ideal as everything we wanted was available within 1 km radius
