This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had!
On the first day of check-in, the front desk gave us a room card that was already occupied by someone, and we inexplicably broke into someone else's room at three in the morning. Then the hotel gave us a new room, but it was not the room type and building number we booked at all. The booking price of this room was cheaper than the room type we booked.
The hotel manager promised to move us to a new room the next morning and their staff would help move our luggage to the new room. We specifically told the front desk again the next morning, but when we came back in the evening, the hotel staff seemed to have lost their memory and did not remember our request at all, nor did they know where our luggage was.
When we finally checked out, the hotel questioned us for not paying the room fee and delayed it for a long time (all of our fees had already been paid when we made the reservation).
