Rembrandt Hotel Bangkok

I stayed here because it was close to Asok Station and I was very satisfied. The accommodation was clean and the staff was very friendly.

The hotel was large and the location was not bad because it was near Asok, but it felt like it was built a little while ago, but the cost-effectiveness was not bad. The pool was not big, but it was not bad for resting. I will leave a picture of the pool.

Not bad Hygiene: I saw that young lady cleaning for a whole day, very polite and enthusiastic Service: When I first arrived at the hotel, the service staff would take the initiative to greet me and help me with my luggage, which was a plus Breakfast was also delicious, and the service staff were very enthusiastic Facilities: The night view outside the window was nice, but! The TV is old! The picture quality is relatively high-definition, with a certain sense of age. It is an old luxury hotel, and everything else is good.

There are too many Koreans. The quality of service is getting worse.

The hoteliers were really kind and the location, accommodation facilities, hygiene, and service were all great. It was so convenient that they gave me a tuk-tuk ride when I left the hotel to Asok Station, and the pool and breakfast were both perfect! This time I came with a friend and both of my friends and I were satisfied so I plan to come again with my parents!! I highly recommend this to Koreans!! Oh, and they let me check in early so I could leave my luggage and go comfortably, and they even left my luggage after I checked out, so I had a great trip❤️

This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had! On the first day of check-in, the front desk gave us a room card that was already occupied by someone, and we inexplicably broke into someone else's room at three in the morning. Then the hotel gave us a new room, but it was not the room type and building number we booked at all. The booking price of this room was cheaper than the room type we booked. The hotel manager promised to move us to a new room the next morning and their staff would help move our luggage to the new room. We specifically told the front desk again the next morning, but when we came back in the evening, the hotel staff seemed to have lost their memory and did not remember our request at all, nor did they know where our luggage was. When we finally checked out, the hotel questioned us for not paying the room fee and delayed it for a long time (all of our fees had already been paid when we made the reservation). Although the hotel receptionist and tuktuk driver service were friendly, the rest were really frustrating!
