GGuest UserThe hotel offered exceptional service and the room was very comfortable and facilities were great. All the extras that were included, from a complimentary drink on arrival to the 16th floor 360 degrees viewing for sunset, free canapés and snacks. Highly recommend

Room was clean and well presented - only grumbles are
＞ no desk chair to use if working in the room
＞ side table next to the bed is small.
Studio rooms are
＞ near the front gate, and so subject to a little noise in the early morning
＞ side-by-side, and back-to-back with each other
One night was not so pleasant as a neighbour seemingly fell asleep to their TV, which was at very high volume, with the noise transferring through the common wall.

GGuest UserPerfect hotel location for our needs since it is very close to the airport and the Marrara sport complex (10-15 min walk) in which our event took place. What we love most: very clean hotel room, convenient park ing spot right in front of our unit at an extra cost, great pool facility and some restaurant and coffee shop option on site. The room we booked was really spacious. We had a very pleasant stay.

SSegara Beach HouseIl Piatto our favourite restaurant at ****** food great wine selection ok abit expensive overall compared to other Fine Dining restaurants in Darwin. Reception staff need abit more life and friendlyness more personality.

GGuest UserPoor communication with the shuttle service. They failed to communicate the shuttle service would be an unmarked car and did not provide the driver with my phone number. This resulted in a long wait at the airport around midnight, plus several phone calls.
The room we were given had hair in the bed and stained sheets. Thankfully, we were promptly given a new room, however, the person who gave me the new room key - passed the key to me and told me the room number and went to immediately leave. I had to ask him to show me the room and help move our bags. (I was travelling with my 8 year old child and by this time it was after 1am).
It was a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

AAnonymous UserWe reached early at 2am on 16th may 2026, room was really spacious and we were looked after very well. Specially Mr Sanjaya Karunathilake the hotel manager was absolutely very cooperative and went out of his way to help us stay comfortable. All the other staff were so helpful and very kind. I would definitely come again to stay in this property, coz location is the most important for us.
